Rented a van with an appliance dolly. Just like I thought - it was not provided. But of course, they dis charge me for it. Horrible incompetent service as always with U-Haul. Their employees don’t give 2 f… about anything.

This should not be a Uhaul rental location—avoid it if you can, and familiarize yourself with mobile pickup/drop-off if you can't.1) The location is a cramped, corner gas station lot on two busy streets. The lot gets heavy traffic, including giant delivery trucks that block customers from driving the Uhauls into or out of their parking spots. It's possible you could be late for pickup or drop-off having to wait for the truck, or someone filling up with gas, to move).2) The dolly I reserved was not with my truck when I picked the truck up. The gas station attendant knew nothing about Uhaul and turned me away.I didn't read any of these reviews before making a reservation at this location, but if you haven't reserved yet, stay away.

I just called looking for information since what I'm looking for wasn't clear on their website. The first time I called, no one answered. The second time I called, someone finally picked up, barely said hello, and was surrounded by a lot of noise. I said hello and asked if this was UHaul. He angrily said UHaul is only online and then promptly hung up. Why bother having a phone number if you aren't accepting phone calls from customers. You can easily route it to whatever customer service number you have. I understand not taking care of customers over the phone, but hanging up on a potential customer is no way to run a business.

This company should shut down! If you want to extend 24 hours they charge you extra 2 rental day period or you have to drop off 6 hours instead of 24 hours, they don’t give options, they literally force you. You will end up pay 3 days instead of 2. They are thieves. Shut down scam!

No one was there to handle the pickup when I arrived for my reservation. The gas station has no affiliation with uhaul and the attendant was no help. There were no instructions provided. No one answered at one of the listed phone numbers and I sat on hold on the other number provided. After almost 30 minutes of checking the app, the website, walking around the building, and calling numbers, a check-in option in the app magically appeared (it was never there before). I started the check-in process in the app and a few minutes later, an employee appeared and checked me in. Although I hadn't signed up for the CDW, somehow it ended up on my contract. The employee never asked about it.If I hadn't been rushing because I was now late, I would have taken more time to review or asked to read it before signing (it was all digital on his tablet). Overall, a pretty terrible experience. The return was quicker but still tedious, have to take a bunch of pictures. Plan on an hour for pickup and 15-30 minutes for drop-off. Highly recommend doing pickup through the app - otherwise no guarantee that someone will be there to check you in, and in that case you'll be stuck. (If you have a choice, go somewhere else entirely)

The equipment that I paid for wasn’t included in the truck. My truck was damaged and misrepresented in the photos. They make you complete the renting process online even if you opt not to. That process is time consuming and annoying. The staff is no help, otherwise.Absolute garbage of a “service”.

Had set up an online reservation, said pick up quick and easy with your phone.... NOT! It took over an hour and a half, multiple phone calls, so much time on hold (a combined 53 mintues) and having them move my reservation to another location -putting me further behind schedule - to finally get a truck. The app and browser for this company are a joke and so was the "customer service" number. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE SO MANY ONE STAR REVIEWS.

I would not recommend renting from this location. My friend and I made a reservation at 12:30pm and the attending employee that day was not on the premises until 1:15pm, so we waited around 45 minutes to get our vehicle. Instead of apologizing, the employee argued with us about his delay, then argued with where we parked our vehicle. Just poor customer service all around. When I eventually heard back from the manager of this franchise (surprise, filling a complaint left me on the phone for 30+ minutes), there was 0 recourse to the entire situation, just more excuses.

Stay away from this location. This people have no idea how to run business. I drove 20 miles they charge me for 45 miles. I choose 18$ insurance they charge me the 28$ one. And u return the gas at the exact same level (1/4) they over charge me 81 dollars for gas,they were saying I didn't feel any gas. I hope I can rate them with 0 stars.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Made a reservation beforehand with customer service. Went to the pick up location next day and was told I needed a code. Was never sent one and had to give my card info again over the phone after talking to two different people. Was charged $10 extra what I was quoted originally. On top of the entire cost they charged me $120 for the fuel being under and being over the time limit. I literally took a picture of the before and after fuel level needle (note the dash wasn't digital) and it was EXACTLY the same. But that's not the worst part, they charged me for being over the time limit when I was gone for less than half the time I rented. Complete rip off, I never thought renting a van for 3-4 hours would cost me almost $200. Never will I be renting with U-haul again, the neighborhood dealer thing is way too shady and unprofessional.
