I scheduled a move a couple weeks ago and have been trying to contact the scheduling manager at this location for days now. I have emailed. No response. I have called customer service who has written internal messages and emails to the scheduling manager. No response. I have called the location but no-one answers the phone ever. Non existent customer service. After reading other reviews it seems like others have had the same experience. I am going to try to change my order to another location or another company. Brutal

Take pictures of odometer and time slots of return. Vehicle was unused and returned due to not needing it anymore and switching to a different rental date/time. However employee did not finalize return nor input proper paperwork. Charged us for mileage that was on vehicle a day after. Don't recommend to rent from here with the shady practices they do.

I have had a ton of bad experiences with U-haul & U-Haul customer service over the past 10years. To a point where I don't use them for myself anymore. So I've skeptical AF.
However, I rented this for a friend who needed a very quick move due to issues surrounding new apartment changing terms, actual apartment and move in date. She was extremely happy with the ease of this, and we did this because we can also see movers listed here as an option.
The movers were awesome as well.
I can't give a 5 star to U-Haul, because I still have a bad taste in my mouth. But for her experience I will rate this location 4 Stars

I had to have the entire front left wheel replaced after just a few hundred miles thanks to a “uncharacteristic tire wear”. Was running on metal treads at some point and was unaware. Scary. Also, the truck leaked badly and I was dripped on while driving when it rained.

Worst experience ever.
Arrived on site 30 minutes early, attempted to checkout using the app, it showed no equipment assigned for the reservation. I called customer service, was on hold for 25 minutes, finally got help, equipment was assigned and agent hung up.
I went to get my key from the key box, but the assigned key box did not exist; I was instructed to use box #1 but boxes 1-3 did not exist.
Called customer service again, waited on hold for some time again, finally got an agent on the line. She helped me, we went through every key box on site and none of them had a key inside. She then said she'll upgrade me to a 10 ft truck instead of the 9 ft I reserved, she ensured me that I will pay the same rate as for the 9 ft.
Finally got a truck after being on site for almost an hour and half, barely in time to run my errand to return my equipment before homedepot closes. To add to the already stressful situation, unfortunately after returning the truck, I found out that I was charged the rate for a 10 ft truck, not for the 9ft as promised.
Not to mention, while pacing on site while on hold, I noticed several safety violations that can give OSHA a REAL HARD ONE.
I wish there was another affordable company other than U-Haul in my area, but I guess you get what you pay for.
