They saved the day by going above and beyond and removing my really expensive hitch pin that had seized up. Didn’t have to help but they not only helped, but went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of!! Thanks again!! Highly recommend this locations team!!

The Manager Mike and staff are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! Three years later, all of my valuable are in excellent condition and I thank GOD that I found this storage center with the best prices and customer care above all. Everyone needs help sometimes! I was in an emergency situation and needed a place to store my most valuable possessions. After some research, I found Uhaul of Logan square and I met the most caring and helpful staff members. The storage was Super clean and organized and HUGE lol. The trucks are really clean and well maintained. Thank Mike for protecting me and my property. God Bless you and protect you.

The place was easy to find, there was not a lot of parking available when I got there since it was in the morning but I found the last spot.I tried the application to do the pickup and it worked for the most part, it took longer than I expected but it worked, and to get the keys I had to go inside, and inside the place there was only one person at the front desk while other people were waiting, I did not want to be rude but the application said, skip the line and get the keys, so I did, and someone got called so they can do so.I hope they get more people if there is a line.The truck was clean and it had half of tank of gas so it was plenty for me since I did not go far.Dropping off the truck was easy to find a spot to park, but to do the drop off on the app gave me a hard time so I had to go inside and fortunately there was nobody in line, they did the checkout fast.Overall, I like the place, it is convenient to get all types of trucks, boxes, and more things to easily move, I just hope that when there is a line to please get another person to help.

Rented truck, drove 8 miles, filled up over 4 miles , then they charged me 3 gallons… no way I drove 8 miles and burned 7 gallons. Lady at front desk didn’t understand. Pretty simple math

Everyone at the 4100 W. Fullerton location and the call center were nice and professional. Moving is stressful!! The U-haul workers were calm and helpful made my experience moving amazing.

unfortunately the day we went was horribly a busy day...we were moving my mother's things into a unit that once we had already been moved into we were told was rented to someone else...even tho on my mom's paperwork the unit number was givento her...she was then assigned and given another unit and we move into that one to be told the same thing...finally I guess 3rd time is the charm. We were told she'd have a free month, but 3 glitches like that one after the other, that really is not good business. But the agent at the counter towards the last change was nice while we were in line and she was taking care of another customer, my mom who is 82 was complaining about it to her and when got up there she had our paperwork done. She was great. It was a very stressful day for everyone and she was truly professional and very efficient in helping calm my mom.

Refused to fulfill my parking reservation. Staff was unpleasant and unhelpful in correcting the issue. The GM Mike Salata effectively said “we can’t make this right, that’s all there is to it”.

The employees were very kind and helpful - also speedy! They were speeding through helping 5 customers at once during a large rush. It was so seamless and easy and they were so kind. Will definitely utilize them again!

This fortress of fail management is one of the biggest examples of how corporate is taking your money and keeping you without the service you paid for. Mr MIKE SALADA is one of the incompetent representatives of UHal corporate. Where the place lake the proper management and maintenance.90% of every client renting at this location are having problems with accessing their storage. The system is constantly breaking, and the elevator locks you in or out. You'll experience constant difficulty accessing your storage. But the only thing you won't struggle with is paying them money. I asked to have my unit transferred to another UHal, I was told to just leave the rental (with no refund for an entire month) since i just renewed it for another month. So basically, they steal your money, and since it's a corporate, you can't do anything about it.But the little people know, is that there are plenty of ways to pursue the rights to paid services.Bottom line is, don't give yourself problems renting here.

Quick and easy return process! Large lot, assistant was there immediately to detach the trailer and we were on our way.
