I was very confused on where to start the process of renting a storage but an employee named Freddy helped me out with all questions and concerns I had. He was super nice and had patience with explaining the step by step process! I left very happy and satisfied knowing that my belongings will be kept safe. If I could give 6 stars I WOULD.

Switched from another storage place to U-Haul and completely noticed the difference. Jose helped me out through my whole process. Definitely cleaner/better customer service than my old storage company. 10/10 will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of trucks/storage.
