I have to say this place is the worse I ever store my items ever the staff allow Simeon to brake into my storage and they want show me no camera because they had none facing my storage …I say don’t go here nor on 2540 w 63 rd they will steal your stuff and help you look for it

My first time ever going into a U-Haul for a storage unit was a pleasant experience. Freddy, the employee that helped me, made sure to answer all my questions with good detail and also made the process go smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I rarely leave reviews however the ambiance here was very inviting and comfortable. Everything was wonderful! Customer service was great and everything looked so put together and clean . I will definitely be coming back to this Uhaul location.

I have mixed emotions about the employees at this particular uhaul. Making up their own policies about local truck rentals. Most of the trucks on the lot are damaged so make sure you take pics of every.. every detail. I do like the drop off. It's easier when you have them on the phone going through everything.
