I place reservation for for a van here and when I attempted to pick up and access the ly to the lock box, the key was not here, I then contacted customer service and they redirected me to 3 additional trucks in which the customer service rep was unable to locate because the keys were not logged in properly by the location. The is the second time I’ve had an issue with this U-Haul location.

Great service all around. The person who helped was very professional, polite and friendly. Got us checked in and out quickly and explained everything thoroughly.

From the time I booked my moving truck and auto transporter, customer service was great. I'm grateful for the man that hitched the transporter to the moving truck. He made sure to do a double inspection and gave me great tips for my out-of-state move. Thank you U-Haul!

Great experience here. Mike Rodriguez was very helpful and great people to deal with. Glad I rented Uhaul trailer from this location where the store clerk helped me with the move.

I rented a van for the day from this U-Haul location and had a fantastic experience! The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I ended up needing the van for a few extra hours, and they were super accommodating, making the extension easy and stress-free. the whole process from pick-up to return was smooth and efficient.
I also rented a storage unit, but it turned out to be too small for what I needed. The staff was very understanding and quickly processed a refund without any issues..
Thank you so much to the amazing people working there!!! every single one of them!!!!Your outstanding service made a big difference. Highly recommend this location!

Service was very quick and friendly. Wish I did not have to park on the street when renting a vehicle. They should provide parking in their lot.
