I had bad experience with and employe know I can rent from them any more they took the employee side after he bad mouth me the turn the story around but it okay I went to Chicago truck rental on they took very good care of me not with broken down truck or wipers that don't work thank you uhaul for laying to your customers that you care

The online Uhaul process was challenging but the onsite staff were a breeze to deal with. They even lent us a dolly for free when the movers showed up without one.

Bait and switched my rental truck. I should report this to U-Haul corporate. Now we're stuck on move-in day with no truck and no alternative location. Unbelievable.
