Maria is great and was so helpful when I had problems.
The facility is clean and in good repair. Some spaces have access issues because of corners and being in alcoves.

I had a fantastic experience with U Store It at this S Rockwell Street location. Maria at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, making the rental process simple and stress-free. The facility is clean and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind. I especially appreciated the easy access and her overall professionalism. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing storage in the Beverly area.

Extremely misleading website and advertising. I am paying extra money for a “climate-controlled” unit only to be told there is NO air condition, just heat. Their website states that they keep the units between 50 and 80° but right now it is well over 80° in there. I am extremely disappointed. I will be moving out my things as soon as possible. I hope my items have not been damaged.
