While I don't professionally repair/troubleshoot for PCs/laptops, I have over 15 years of experience doing remote technical support for friends, family, and colleagues. After spending over a month remotely troubleshooting an issue with over a good ten hours of diagnostics and testing done, I finally ran out of options and knew that remote assistance was no longer going to cut it. I knew then that the person I was assisting would require an in-person technician to do additional diagnostics on their laptop that I would be incapable of doing remotely. I did some research and settled on this location, as it was close to their home and seemed to have good reviews.Unfortunately, the reviews didn't match up with the experience of the person I sent to this store. The worker, while he was not rude, ignored the actual issues and refused to accept all of the information for this issue. The person I sent, they are not experienced in technical support or troubleshooting, they would not be capable of properly explaining in depth the full issues, the error codes, things of that nature. This is why I wrote up an in-depth analysis of what exactly the issue was, the error codes from the BSOD, other error codes, as well as the different diagnostics we had ran as well as the different changes we made to numerous PC settings.I might understand not wanting to have to read a lengthy explanation of all of the different diagnostics and troubleshooting that was done by previous tech support (myself as well as others), but to refuse the information for what BSOD error codes were displayed and therefore refusing to allow the customer to advocate for themselves in the form of using a pre-written statement by someone with technical knowledge, is unprofessional and perhaps even borderline predatory. Luckily there was no charge as they didn't do any actual work on the PC, but to refuse to take the relevant information from a customer about what is wrong with their pc seems both lazy and irresponsible, because even if the employee took the time to dig into the event viewer to look specifically for the times of the errors and crashing, the information required would no longer be there as factory resets as well as clearing of the event viewer had happened since then.In short; they don't listen to what their customers have to say and ignore their needs. It's unprofessional, it's a red flag, and I will not be suggesting anyone else ever take their business to this location.

I brought my Galaxy S20 in because the charging port stopped working. uBreakiFix cleaned out the port, tested the amps/volts, and got it working good as new in about 5 minutes. When I asked what I owed them, they told me that it was free of charge. Could not ask for better, faster or more friendly service!

Scammers!! Don’t waste your money here! I paid $150 for my phone to get fixed and within a month it was having the same issues, and there was still signs showing that the screen was improperly repaired. When I went back they said the 1 year warranty doesn’t cover my issue. THIEVES!!I took the phone to the t mobile store and they verified that there was NO WATER DAMAGE, and they also saw the shadows on the screen from where it was improperly repaired the first time ( even though your associate tried to tell me there was nothing there) It’s not difficult to admit when you have made a mistake and this is something that could’ve been resolved in a few minutes, but the employees at this location were very dismissive and arrogant when I pointed out the issue.

Nice clean shop the two cashiers/ phone technicians was polite knowledgeable about the job n the best 120 I spent on a 11 pro max screen repair and this would be #5 this year for me

Really great place. Took my phone in because it wasn't charging, they just cleaned it and it worked fine again, didn't charge for anything. Took all of five minutes, super fast and personable people there. :)

I can't believe I'm leaving ANOTHER review for this place (a repair service isn't something you hope you experience twice in a year haha). My laptop officially met its maker last month (may it RIP). Although unable to salvage the pc, my guys Tommy and Rob were able to salvage my data and did a smooth data backup for me in no time. But what I truly loved was how they helped me narrow down some options for a new computer based on the specs that I needed (but didn't understand). After talking to them, I knew exactly what I needed and managed to get a $1,500 pc for $650! You guys are the best. BUT I will NOT be back anytime soon lol. Thanks friends! Truly appreciate your positive and good energy and willingness to always go above and beyond. It does not go noticed :) - Bora Bora girl

Tommy was very helpful and guided me to making the choice of home plus. This will be very beneficial for my family. He was very easy going and made everything easily understandable for me. I will definitely be returning when needed and passing along UbreakIfix to all my friends!

My cell phone screen broke. I called uBreakiFix and they told me I could come into the store right away to get it fixed. They did a great job in a reasonable time, and for a price than another shop quoted. If I need another repair I would definitely return.

Tommy was incredibly helpful when I came in here with laptop issues, more so than anyone else I had spoken to about it at a place like Best Buy. He took the time to test the charging port with different cables to try to identify the problem - when it turned out he didn’t have the capacity to fix it, he didn’t even charge me anything!

Dropped iPad and screen went black. They ran diagnostic test for free and then provided an estimate for repairs. I approved repair and soon all was back to normal. They provided extensive paper trail of both what would be done in the estimate and what they did end up doing and the subsequent costs. Using them again soon for a printer repair.

I've been putting offf getting the charging port of my phone fixed for months. Tommy ( thank you!! ) in the store cleaned it out and fixed the problem in under a minute free of charge. I'll be going back more promptly for any tech problems in future.

Bad batch of screens for iPhone. It’s been replaced once, it happen again and now I can’t get it fix. Stores have a dilema if they are corporate or franchise owned and they don’t want to fix. It has 1 year warranty and I am still waiting for case manager to return call with some kind of solution. Do yourself a favor and opt out of any phone warranty with your carrier and pay Apple instead. Learning lesson learned!

Unhelpful and condescending customer service. Unwilling to comply with Google hardware RMA requirements. I'm deeply disappointed with the level of service at this location.
