I love the UFC Wrigleyville gym! The staff is seriously so amazing and really cares about their patrons. I love coming here more than any other gym I've been a part of because I feel so comfortable working out, its not super jam packed, and there are amazing amenities, like the sauna. Highly recommend for anyone looking to join a new gym!

I’ve had a great experience at the UFC Gym in Wrigleyville. The staff is extremely well trained and knowledgeable, and they’re also genuinely friendly which makes a difference when you walk in. The gym itself is always clean, organized, and in great condition. The equipment is well maintained and the classes are run professionally. Overall, it’s a solid place to train and I definitely recommend it.

The UFC gym is great! Recently, we were having some serious issues with the cardio equipment, especially the treadmills where 9-10 of 15 treadmills were broken for about 3 months. This was extremely frustrating as one expects to be able to use equipment, like a treadmill, when they pay for a gym experience. Luckily, I was able to work with Ashley Falco, who took this issue seriously and continuously worked with me to escalate the issue! Ashely was very communicative and empathetic. I am really so grateful that Ashley was on the other end of the emails I was sending! After working with Ashley, we finally got this issue solved and now have replaced and functioning treadmills! Unfortunately..... now 5 of 15treadmills are broken, looks like this is going to be an ongoing issue..

Updated 2025 review:
The staff at this gym are excellent. They have been very responsive to issues and work hard to make sure attending is a positive experience. I'm really happy with having my concerns addressed by Ashley and felt like a valued member. The environment is still excellent and I have always felt very welcome at this gym.
2023 review:
Amazing gym for a good price. Good culture, everyone is respectful. Not too crowded in the morning or afternoon

I was a member for the last 3+ years & always had a positive experience here. Great staff & responsive to any questions or issues I needed help with. Sad to be leaving such a great gym, wouldn’t leave if I didn’t move out of the area. Highly recommend UFC over other gyms in the area. Competitive pricing & great selection of machines.

What sets this gym apart is the community. Everyone here is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely fun to be around. It’s not intimidating like some gyms can be. Instead, it feels like you’re part of a team working toward your goals together. If you’re looking for a gym that’s more than just treadmills and machines, this is the spot.
The classes give you a killer workout! You don’t have to be a fighter to join. Most people are just regular people who want to get in shape and feel stronger.

UFC Wrigley is great, with good sized weight and cardio sections. They offer a wide range of classes, and all of the staff is super nice!

Love this place. Management, can you guys please check the lockers? I’ll be one of the first to come in and half the lockers are locked. I think someone’s kid went and locked most of them or something. Thank you.

Made an appointment to check out the gym. Jessica was amazing. Very sweet, friendly, and patient. She took the time to thoroughly show me everything the gym has to offer. The facility is clean, and the staff are kind. I’m excited to start my fitness journey!

After having a series of bad gym experiences at my previous gym, I am in the market for a new gym membership. I made a decision to try out a couple passes around the neighborhood and my first pick was UFC Wrigleyville, even though it was a little farther than I wanted to walk (25 min from home). I really enjoyed the web design and information - the classes and layout seemed really interesting. There were decent reviews, so I was really looking forward to it. I filled out my request for a 3-day pass, and Jessica gave me a call same day to schedule a tour for 6 PM. I got there a few minutes before 6 (dressed to work out after the tour) to fill out their online questionnaire/liability etc, and grabbed a seat for my tour with Jessica. It was 84 degrees outside, and I will say, it could have been cooler, especially considering this location gets hit with the afternoon/evening sun. At 6:11, Jessica walking by on another tour says she is wrapping up and would be no more than 5 minutes tops. At 6:25 PM, after I had been waiting all that time and not having heard anything further from the staff, I went up to Jessica's desk and said I was going to leave. Jessica offered me to start a workout and a free pass and apologized saying they were short-staffed and people went home/called out. I also noticed their food/smoothie bar also was indefinitely closed, so I got the impression this location is not staffed to support their membership. I left. I am disappointed and taking it as a sign this wasn't meant to be. My future gym is out there, but I will not be back and do not recommend this location for reasons mentioned. There were so many better ways that whole thing could have been handled. The time to make someone feel valued isn't when they say they're leaving, it's when they walk in the door.
