Update: I love this store even more now that Jose works there. He is an amazing makeup artist and helped me get just the right makeup for my eyes. He cares so much he wanted to see how it looked. I'll have to back to the store or post a pic in my fav color...purple.
I love this particular Ulta so much that it inspired me to buy their stock many years ago. It is well-managed and all the staff know their stuff when it comes to cosmetics and hair care. I came in yesterday morning with my dog and when Milagra greeted me with that wide, beautiful smile of hers, I knew it was going to be a great day. I looked her name up in Spanish just now to make sure I had the spelling right and AI said it means Miracle. It that makes a helluvalotta sense!

This isn’t my usual store but I decided to stop by after picking up my kid from a nearby camp today. I looked around for help for maybe 10 minutes and could not find a single employee. Finally when I did find some employees, not once, but TWICE, was I very rudely interrupted and shut down. All I said was, “Hi!” and I was met with “I’m helping someone right now 🙂” when all I needed was to be pointed to a section (because this wasn’t my usual store). The interaction would’ve lasted no more than 10 seconds. Very rude, very unprofessional and not at all welcoming!

As a 35 year old that has used the same foundation and concealer the past 10 years I knew it was time for an update. José was a dream to work with. He was so kind and informative. He helped me pick the best brands and shades for my skin. He took the time to teach me how to use the products effectively. I was intimidated to go into the store with no idea what I was looking for and he made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend getting help from Jose if you are there when he is working!

Okay I'm updating my review! I gave this store a couple more tries after I had a bad experience and I must say the salespeople in the store has really won me over. They are super knowledgeable about the products they have in the store and they also look so good. Make up and hair slayed to the T! I mean if I could take the sales people and put them in my pocket I would! Thank you for the being attentive to my needs!

The cashier Alexia is rude and slammed my
product on the counter when I said I didn’t want to sign up for an account or give my information. Store was stocked and clean. Will visit again.

All i was missing was a glass of champagne! 🤭. Milagro (Millie) gave me an ultra premium Ulta experience! When i first walked in, two sales associates were standing nearby and both left without offering assistance. It wasn't until i got to the register and Miss Millie asked me did I find the right shade...with a simple reply ...not for sure...she left the line and said well let's go see! That's A1 top quality customer service! She understood tones/shades and was well diverse in different products and application! Love that this store has free parking and ample stock of lower and high end products (i.e. NYX to Chanel), but nothing beats the level of customer service I received from Milagro! I recommend her 🤌🏿 for all makeup needs from fair to deep skin tones! Thank me later!

I haven’t been able to find an eyeliner that doesn’t run. I know, should be easy, but I’ve had an impossible time. I walk in, Laurel asks me if she can help, I tell her my incessant problem, she says absolutely I can help. Directs me to the PERFECT eyeliner - I tried it out today. My allergies are terrible, my eyes water, this shit didn’t budge.
Laurel I love you, you are perfect. I hope you see this.

Love this location! The manager Milagro(sp?)and her staff are so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Having cut out Amazon and Target from my routine, this has become my one stop shop for all my beauty needs.
Pro tips:
1) If you order something only offered at Ulta online directly at the store, they’ll ship to your home and pay the shipping cost.
2) I’ve learned that if you don’t love something, it’s just not the right product for you for whatever the reason, you can return it to the store.

I was very disappointed that they locked up the sample perfumes. Workers were nice to sample a few, but I felt like they didn't want to deal with it. The cashier was super friendly.
