I was in there twice today and couldn’t find anyone to help me. There was no one for advice or a make up artist available, in fact there were no employees on the floor just behind the registers, and they weren’t even busy. So I went to Sephora, where I was greeted immediately and an expert make up artist available to help me with all my needs and new purchases!

Literally don’t understand why they keep the one employee that’s generating all these bad reviews. I’ve had her 3 times at the register and she is always rude, dismissive and makes it obvious she hates her job. Scrolled on facebook messages the whole interaction and told me to “push my product towards her” when it was already on the counter and she could reach. Being extra for no reason. All the other employees were talkative, helpful and sweet. She ruins the whole place.

The service is impeccable. Beautiful stores well laid out .as a male instacart shopper I depend on the staff a great deal and I am happy to say everyone has been wonderful.

Staff here does not greet you when you come in the door. They acted annoyed when I need to pick up an item. They gave me a hard time about the item being already opened that I ordered for pick up.

Slowest service ever regarding their pick up process, when I arrived no one was in the store. Why is my order taking more than two hours for 4 items. Sephora is usually busier and they have your order ready within 30 minutes.i hope Beyoncé and MAC removes their products to another seller.

I called this store to inquire about my job application status. I was told multiple times to call back by an associate. Finally I was able to reach the manger and she was very rude and nasty because I called multiple times (at the request of the associate). The manger eventually hung up on me without a care. This was the worst experience I’ve encountered as a customer inquiring about a job. If they are treating customers like this I can only imagine how they treat their employees! HORRIBLE STORE.

I went in today for a foundation match and for a couple beauty items. Princess helped us and she was excellent. She recommended us several products and found us the best shade match I’ve ever seen. It was a great experience! I’ll definitely look for her next time I come in.

An employee said I could leave my large bag behind the registers, and upon checkout a manager said that I’m not allowed to do so and they’re not liable for items being stolen. That’s fine but I explained the reason why I didn’t want to walk around with the bag because I didn’t want to be followed, as I have been in this location previously (I only stopped here because it was closest at the time and had the item I needed). The manager played dumb and doubled down, I said that’s fine but I was looking out for myself. I think it was rude and unprofessional for her to try to chastise me for something another employee said was fine and she should discuss that directly with them instead of taking it out on a customer. Not only that she implied that I was lying about any previous instances of discrimination that I experienced here. Overall super trash experience and I’d rather shop online with a different retailer than endure that again.

Absolutely love! Went in for a few items and the registers were down. No big deal, things happen. Put the items of hold. Next day? I get a call from one of the managers, Crystal, that my order is still good to go and registers are back up. Personalized service is hard to come by and I’m super impressed.

Worst place for salon services. I checked in early and after waiting 20 minutes asking about my appointment they couldn’t find the stylist because she went home sick. I would have been sitting there for hours if I didn’t inquire about it. The other stylist who helped me had no empathy for me nor cared instead was defensive and focused on herself rather than the issue at hand. I asked to speak with a manager repeatedly and she would patronize me asking me which manager by name instead of trying to make the situation better. Had to wait another 15 minutes until the manager came out. Not sure this place is qualified to cut hair nor handle their stylists and clients with professionalism. All you hear in this salon is pure attitude.

Bonita was amazing! She was personable and thorough while telling me about the products she was using. She took at least a foot off, and I love it!
