Got followed by security & when I asked them if they’d like me to leave my bag up front they switched with an employee to follow me & I called about an order and got the same poor customer service.

Every time I try to order makeup online, I end up unhappy. I always end up going back to our friendly neighborhood Ulta, where the employees - in particular, Aaron - continue to be professional, friendly, helpful, and irreplaceable!
I am docking it by one star because the store is overstuffed at this point - too many popups and extras being squeezed into too small a space. Just scale it back, Ulta!
Otherwise, I recommend that if you are interested in skincare/makeup, you head to this store and don't be afraid to ask questions and try out the sample & testers!

I come to Ulta once a year for foundation matching. Today I had assistance from Alondra. Her workplace personality is energetic, kind and friendly. She was such a great cosmetic associate she helped me get matched and she also explained how to determine the correct match for your skin tone.

I’m trying to find out why this location is still open they have nothing in this store I went looking MAC products they don’t carry it here and no help from the workers to find other products

I tried to call and ask about a product.. The first person answered the phone. And went away I thought to look for my product. Then the phone shut off. So I called back. The second person went to look and she was gone 6min. And the phone shut off again. I called back and had to keep calling before they would pick up the phone. The only reason iam complaining is because every time I have had dealings with this store , It has not been positive.. You need to find people who want to work.. And to her credit the second girl sounded like she wanted to help but the phone cut off.. terrible customer service at this store,

I recently came here for a skincare product but the customer service was so great I ended up not finding the product I was looking for but a better product. I took the time to introduce myself And they were really nice. I created an ULTA BEAUTY account and filled out as much documentation as possible. I’m still waiting on a call back but if anyone that works at ULTA BEAUTY is reading this. I am extremely passionate about working here as my first real job! I am ready to show the amazing skills I developed through AfterSchoolMatters. I’m also working to become an esthetician one day.
