This is my second time purchasing from Best Furniture and I'm not disappointed. You get the BEST vibe when you go into the store and the owner is a HOOT he makes you feel like family. He greets you with the warmest welcome and smile . COUSIN - We're family. If you haven't visit him go check him out.

The furniture quality is decent, but I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. Once assembly and delivery were completed, I was left to dispose of all the packaging, boxes, and debris myself. This wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and in my opinion, it should be clearly stated as part of a disclaimer. Had I known, I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency has ensured I won’t be returning as a customer.

My guy AJ always proved EXCELLENT customer service and stay looking out for his customers i was able to get sofa love seat and he give us a rug on the house

I love my bedroom set. It's so me. My mattress is comfortable & my frame is very sturdy.My guest bed is also comfortable & sturdy. I love how they both light up. I'll be going back soon to start my livingroom.The customer service was great & friendly. The store has so many beautiful things inside. ?????
