I came here for a month before I moved, and everyone was so wonderful. I cannot recommend this church enough. The music was incredible, and Reverend James Parker is the absolute best, most inspirational pastor!

Positive and uplifting message based on love, acceptance and being one with (not separated from) the divine source of all that is. This is a no judgement, no shame, and no condemnation zone. All are welcome, hence the name: Unity.

A Wonderful Warm Congregation where you're made to feel welcome! I came when Reverend James just returned from sabbatical. Its in a lovely ( temporary ) space, easy to get to and its right by the lake. I pray they stay where they are! But its the people that count and they are super friendly! Rev James gives a great sermon.

This is a great church. The people make it so! This past Sunday was my 1st time and I was made to feel very welcome. Rev James gives a wonderful sermon and he just returned from being on sabbatical. The space is suppose to be temporary, but I pray they stay where they are (its by the lake and they share it with a synagogue). If you want a warm place with great folks and an uplifting spiritual message, please come here!

I attended this church for many years. It used to be a place of worship to nourish the soul. This is no longer the case. The slick snake oil salesman at the helm, Rev. James, as he likes to be called, is to Christianity what pancreatic cancer is to the body. I left this church after too many tiresome, smooth talking sermons laced with passive aggressive comments meant to shame certain "undesirable" members followed by shameless shakedowns for cash. This man is not a man of God. He is not a shepherd. He could not be bothered to call his flock during COVID. It wasn't his job?!?! He runs out as soon as he delivers his trite sermon (if he shows up at all) and makes no effort to mingle with those who've come to gain some spiritual connection. He summarily dismisses anyone who dares to expect anything even vaguely ministerial and displays blatant disdain for many senior members of the congregation. In fact he, along with a simpering, spineless board who are apparently there to do his biding devoid of common sense or good conscience, have kicked out elderly members of the church. The choir, a ministry in itself, has been denied the opportunity to perform and in their place, paid, two bit flashy lounge acts with no connection to the church other than a paycheck. If you're looking for spirituality and connection you will not find it here. You'll find a mix of cultish worship of a demigod, good people who are hoping against hope to oust this ungodly group and broken-sad people who must think they deserve this substandard ministering. It's repulsive.
