I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.

Extortionists under a fake name.
I had a UPS package sent to their address for pick up, and they charged me a ten dollar 'storage fee' when I was there as it came off the truck.
They claimed they are not UPS, but a franchise that gives them an extortion license.
The inclusion of 'UPS' in their name is a deceptive fraud.

I have been going to this store for nearly a decade and never have I felt so disrespected (here or really any store). Online, it says the store is open until 8 o’clock. I arrived at 6:58 and the doors were locked. Three staff members inside saw me trying to get their attention and they completely ignored me. I was trying to indicate to them that online it says eight and that it wasn’t even seven yet and finally one of the girls rudely shook her head and threw her hands up at me. If the store closed at eight, I was an hour and two minutes ahead of time. And if the store closed at seven, I was still there in time for the store to be open. The way they 1. Shut the store early and 2. Ignored me and then, couldn’t even have the decency and respect to walk to the front door to speak to me was so unprofessional and not a way to treat customers. I will be following up with higher management for this one. Of all the places I frequent, I would’ve thought this to be the last place to be so blatantly disrespectful. At the VERY LEAST they could have come to the door.

Went to this store to print a couple things off my phone. I’m not the best with technology and Sara was so kind and incredibly patient and helpful with everything! I’ve been to many UPS stores and she is by far the nicest and most helpful employee I’ve met!
