It's obvious that someone at the UPS store thinks that the people that live in the neighborhood are idiots to be taken advantage of.
Exorbitant fees for literally everything. Printing a label? $5. Picking up a package because UPS drivers are consistently lazy and stupid and they couldn't deliver? $5. Fedex charges zero dollars to use their pickup points, but apparently someone at this store thinks they're special.
Next week it'll be $15 and a $25 convenience fee to walk in the front door. The only way this place could be more predatory is if it were bought by Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump and used to host child beauty pageants.
Go to a store that isn't run by bloodthirsty predators out to bleed the neighborhood dry instead. If this place burns down I'm throwing a party.

Don't go to this store!!!!! They placed the wrong label on my package and sent it to the wrong address!!! When I reached out they said they are not liable for the loss and will not do anything about it. They tried to place the blame on me even though they attached the wrong label to the package. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

I usually enjoy this location but on 1/10/24 I went there and was ignored while standing in line. I asked the worker why he did that and he started minimizing it and told me "I was not a victim and that he wasn't the police". That was comment as very hurtful and I am now afraid to return. Out of courtesy, I called Milos today on 1/11 and he basically told me I am lying on his employee. I told him I have no reason to lie and I assumed he wanted to know. Since he doesn't I will take my business elsewhere and he said he is ok with that. I will no longer be frequenting that store because that was dismissive and harmful.

Extremely kind and helpful. I went in because I needed to buy a packing slip for a FexEx shipment, and they hooked me up with a free label sleeve and were really nice.

This store is money hungry. I had a package rerouted to this location for pickup and paid $7.99 for that. Once I arrive, I find out I have to pay the store a $5 “pick-up fee” on top of what I already paid. What a joke.

I’ve received great customer service from this location. A warranty package was lost and I was getting no information from UPS corporate (still haven’t FWIW). The team here was able to get the information I needed to finally resolve the issue and for my item to be replaced.

The last two times I sent a parcel like a fragile cargo and received a broken parcel to pieces. Before this the same things came normally. What happened to you? The staff was more friendly. I am forced to refuse your services, a waste of money and nerves.
