  Supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:53 p.m. to drop off a pre-labeled return. Everything is locked up and lights off.

  Just a heads-up: depending on the day (or who’s working), you might get charged for a label printout—or not. It was free last week, but this week I got charged $4.13.

  I was a bonehead and accidentally used my friend's old address to ship his birthday present. I was freaking out, called in, and the gentleman who helped me was able to get the address changed. I was so nervous it wouldn't go to the right place, and there's some sentimental stuff in there. I called thinking I'd get stuck in phone tree purgatory, but they picked up immediately and helped me out. I wish I got the guy's name, because he freakin' rocks. Fedex could NEVER.

  On a day that has not gone “according to plan” I have to give George at the UPS Store on Foster a huge shout-out for getting my difficult day “back on track”! It really stands out when someone goes an extra mile for a customer these days and George definitely went there for me today.

  My stops in are always quick, and the employees are always friendly. The cost for shipping a package is slightly more than I expected, but I don’t mind paying for the convenience and trust of delivery.

  Be careful that they don’t rip you off! When I returned Comcast equipment the clerk told me that one item was obsolete and shouldn’t be returned just throw it out. They threw it out and now I’m being billed and threatened with a collection agency for it.

  The most terrible place! I don't recommend it to anyone! If you don't want your things to get lost on the road, don't contact them. We sent the laptop, they said it was lost on the road, and they didn't give any compensation for my laptop. An unresponsiblable and impudent company, which is very negligent about other people's property!!!

  I love this UPS store. The employees here are so helpful. I will only come here to do Amazon returns because I know they will be done correctly and I don’t need to worry about items going missing. Highly recommend them!

  Mail carrier always says packages delivered. I lost too many packages & how UPS Delivering 8pm . Sending messages delivered but it wasn’t delivered. I have cameras outside door. Checking there’s no mail n packages delivered. What the carrier doing to our packages. Stealing our packages. Your service not good u should never hire workers who steals our packages.

  I live 1 block away from this UPS Store and today was a reminder as to why I don’t go here. Instead, I drive to the UPS store on Lincoln and McCormick and will happily continue to do so.
  
  I walked in and there were two employees laughing in my face. One helped me out with processing my Amazon returns and the other stood there looking at me and laughing the entire time.
  
  Prior to leaving I asked if they can dispose of my empty cardboard box. “No sorry we don’t have space”. What? Ridiculous.
  
  I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was in there.
  
  Will never come back.
