Visiting this UPS Store a second time, but this time with a large delivery, and once again customer service was superior. The associate who assisted me -Dave- helped me with packing the box and answered all of my questions in a kind, unhurried and professional manner.

I always have only a good experience at this UPS Store. The guys working there are knowledgeable, professional and really friendly.
They’re always helping me with any problems I’m getting and any printing/scanning needs. I highly recommended this place, and in fact, can’t imagine living without it!

The UPS store manager was professional, patient, helpful and kind. I have never faxed anything at the store before. He was able to walk me throught the whole process and helped me with making copies of my documents as well. Thank you.

Date: January 21, 2025
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I returned to this UPS Store multiple times and even called the store’s hotline, waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Despite standing right in front of the employee, he still failed to resolve my issue.
I provided the tracking number (not the ZIP code) three separate times, and only after the third attempt did he finally check properly and realize my package was there all along. It was extremely frustrating to have to wait so long for something that could’ve been resolved in minutes if he had simply done his job.
This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I wasted an incredible amount of time just to pick up a package. I will avoid this location in the future unless serious improvements are made.

I recently sent a very delicate stained glass wall hanging to my daughter in California. My husband had just passed and he had made this picture many years ago. I was sending it to my daughter as a gift. She opened the gift while we were on FaceTime—I was absolutely impressed with the packaging as I had indicated it was fragile and irreplaceable. It was wrapped so well with tape and reams of bubble wrap— it arrived intact— to my delight and my daughter’s utter surprise as she knew this was a precious piece from his collection. I am so impressed as well as grateful for the expertise and care extended to me from this location. I am a consistent patron for basics (Amazon returns) so this was the first time I needed to have specific attention to a custom delivery. I am so very happy and grateful for the assist the staff member who provided this service.

Matthew and Leo who run the store have gone above and beyond to help me with all I’ve needed. They are the most amazing kind and attentive gentlemen I’ve ever encountered at a UPS store. This is the only store I go to now for the last 8 years. If I could, I would give them a raise and bonus for just there knowledge and willingness to help out with whatever the customer needs!!!
