Hands down the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Even though there was a long line, the staff were able to help everyone quickly and efficiently while still providing great customer service. Thank you!!

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Two different shipments - my tax documents(!) were lost and never arrived at my accountant; an Amazon return sent the same day also was never received and I was not able to secure a refund but also do not have the item anymore either. When I spoke to staff at the school they were INCREDIBLY DISMISSIVE and said, “Well, it seems UPS has lost a customer now. I’m glad I don’t work for UPS.” What’s happening with shipments from this UPS store? Will definitely never use this location again.

The printer kiosk charges you by time and is something goes wrong for example the computer not recognizing your flash drive and the timer runs out you get charged for nothing, also it puts a $20 hold on your card for a $2 charge. There's a CVS close by with much better printing services. Staff isn't very knowledgeable so not much help. UPS train your staff. And if you are gonna make customers use the printers directly make a functional interface.

The worst delivery, ever the ups store. I have never satisfied with. I could say worsen than usps . Imagine! I was waiting for my package the whole three days and they posted we missed your delivery, then after I went in their ups store still the driver not yet. Shame shame on you.

Had to pay $5.99 to have a package held, cool. Went to pick it up a few days later in the evening; it was dark and raining. People drive cautiously in the rain. I called UPS at 6:57 and said I’m literally one block away; I just need to pick up a package being held. The woman who answered the phone said, “we will not wait for you. You have to make it before the door is locked.” I parked at 6:59 and thought sweet! I made it. No car would let me cross even though it was dark and raining. I made it across the street after 5 cars passed me standing in the rain. The ups employee was right next to the door but had his back turned. I knocked. I must have missed him by 15 seconds. I knocked again. Nothing. He walked away from the door. The woman behind the counter threw her hands up and shrugged. I walked away into the rainy night empty handed. Just really bad vibes.

Worst Service. Very rude staff and manager. I had to visit store twice in a day just to pick my parcel because UPS didn’t got it delivered to my location and didn’t even bother to text or send email that we are out to deliver your parcel.

They have signs in the store and mention online that they offer notary services anytime during their hours. I showed up to get a document notarized and was told that they don’t always have a notary and I need to call ahead to find out when they do on a given day. This is incredibly inconvenient given there is no way to plan ahead or make an appointment, not to mention false advertising. Don’t claim you offer notary services anytime if you can’t provide them!!!!!

Beware when you drop off Amazon returns here - even if you get a receipt, they will not help you when the package never makes it to UPS. Strange how a UPS Store “has nothing to do with UPS”. “We can’t help you.” Is literally this store’s motto. Never again. For any service.

Hmmm. Nice staff, but a pack/ship store that opens at 9:00? Not helpful. Sadly, there are no others within a mile.
