The absolute worst place you can think of. The place is so disorganized and the customer service was God awful. Please go to a different ups. There is one on clark st. That is bigger, better, and cleaner, with a very welcoming vibe. I got my claim switched and completed through them. Please please please do not waste your time. These shopping center ups stores are never good nor organized

Always a pleasant experience. The staff gets a massive 5 star shout out. Today I came in with an Amazon return that was a bit unusual and while there was a disagreement about how it would be managed, we came to a quick and easy resolution and everyone was so cool and easy to work with. Big props to the two working the counter today and I also want to mention similar experiences in the past with other members of their team. Truly a solid crew. Nice work guys. Thank you for serving the community.

UPS and USPS have the worst reliability and customer service. I shipped something from this store and they lost my package. Fast forward 2 weeks, I'm getting something delivered and the item is no where to he found but the tracking says delivered. These guys getting a pay raise but can't get simple things together is a huge disrespect to customers. Ship with FedEx everybody. UPS and USPS is a joke!

Had an Amazon TV wall mount return which they said needed a box. It was already in a box that the item came to me in, however and they wanted to charge me an additional $12 so they could ship it back- so the return wasn’t technically free- should had just used the whole food drop off option legit steps away from this location. I said whatever because it’s not worth arguing over a box. But it’s not really environmentally smart to be charge me a box when it’s already in a box.

I used this location to ship somethings to where I was moving, including an LG monitor. I paid for extra insurance to cover the cost of the monitor. After it arrived, the box didn't show any signs of damage. So, I didn’t think to take any pictures of it. But after unpacking it and hooking it up it was clear that part of the screen had been damaged and that I would need to buy a new monitor. I tried for months to claim my insurance on the screen. But they refused to give it to me without a photo of the box. I was not informed that a photo of the box was required to claim the insurance. So, now I’m out $500.I will never use this company again and I recommend you don’t either.

The staff is clueless, absolutely unable to work their own computer, which is an ancient early 2000’s windows XP. No photo editing software, so any picture you try to print will compress and then expand the image out of proportions. Both people working were completely inept at their job and had no idea what to do other than shrug their shoulders.
