Selected an appointment for fingerprinting almost 24 hrs before the appointment time. Arrived at 8am (appointment time) and was informed the person would not arrive until 9am. Returned at 9am and they were still not there. Coordination with PrintScan needs to be better.

Great service! Very welcoming and helpful staff. I came here for fingerprinting and I was beyond grateful for their assistance. I had been to other UPS locations for fingerprinting and staff were not helpful neither were they knowledgeable at the process.
There was also no wait time here ✨

First time delivering a box. Employee was helpful in picking a box to fit my item. Was very patient as I pulled up information. Quick and efficient. The place was very clean even at end of day.

My customer service young lady Brianna was knowledgeable and courtesy and very pleasant to work with. I was assisted to the right packing materials and what would be needed to ship my product. Store #5608 was clean fast and efficient. You won’t be sorry with the service. Thanks again to Brianna, Management.👏🏽👏🏽

Christopher was very bothered today he was really rude and had no solutions for me today his actions was giving he’s like this all the time with people like me. Very rude and unpleasant visit 0/10 don’t recommend 🤝🏾

I consider this one my “local” as I’ve been going here since they were across the street. Kris the manager and Dan the owner are who I consider the dynamic duo and they keep the place running in tip top shape. Anytime I need a package routed here for pick up, this is a location I trust. The staff are friendly and services prompt.

They have the self service computers off on porpoise so they can charge you high amounts of money just for print prepaid labels , just avoid this store and go to fedex a few blocks ahead , or the ups in michigan avenue

The customer service provided. I came in with a tall box and it was quite heavy, the young man told me to just leave it where it was and he would take care of it. He came from behind the counter, scanned the package and provided me with a receipt. I was so grateful for the assistance because the box was heavy, I almost had to drag it in but didn’t want to rip the packaging. I will definitely return here because of the care and concern they showed.
