A UPS Store with no bubble wrap. Opens 1 hour late. The computer to print SHIPPING lables is ALWAYS out of order. How they even are allowed to stay operational like this is insane. Avoid at all costs. Calling corporate now.

I stopped by this morning and the young lady working there was by herself and was handling everything so well!! She was calm, cool and collected with everyone there and it was PACKED!! Honestly, I was so impressed to the point that I had to write this review and I hope someone in management sees this.

If you do have something delivered there and you get a notice it’s ready for pickup, don’t believe it! Call ahead to make sure they actually can give it to you. This happened to me more than once there.

It took me 30min to try delivering a package. Not to mention they told me to go to post office if I wanted a receipt. What delivestore doesn't give receipts? How do I track my package? Yeah.... no thanks.

I went in this morning to send an Amazon return, the folks inside were super nice and made the process really easy! I really appreciated them helping me get my package resealed and sent off.

The service, smiles and space is very special. I have been a customer for years. Although I could simply get a mailbox I chose not to because of the experience these employees offer every time I visit. 😍 em!

I come to this store at least for 5 times a week sending out next day air. And it has always been legal size envelope. Not only they are being cheap not giving me any extra envelopes so I can prepare ahead of time. But they also have the worst customer service ever. Today I came in to drop off as usual. They are out of legal size next day and envelopes. No apologize to explain attitude. UPS store is locally own in most cases. I like to support local business and they seems not wanting us to bring things to them to drop off. If the title company wasn't asking me to use UPS I would have used FedEx over. At least they give me good customer service. And a kiosk for me to scan and drop off packages.

I just let this location, the taller girl is a sweetheart but the other thinks she's taught and she can talk to anybody the way she wants, I went in to complain about my zip code deliver driver and I definitely wasn't yell at the lady because my frustration clearly wasn't with the location staffs and I made it clear that I was not yelling at her, I wouldn't be writing this review if so many other people hadn't complained about the same person, she wasn't even the person attending to me in the first place but she felt the need to put the person she was on the phone with on hold just so she can display her girl power on me so that she can feel good about taking a man down but, its okay, I don't do business with this location anyways, I just wanted the lady to help me request my delivery to be dropped at the location for next day pick... she thought she ruined my day but it's clearly a lack of fatherly home training

I booked an appointment online for notary services for 10:30 AM. I received my appointment confirmation and everything. When I got to the store, the woman (who wasn’t by any means rude) told me the notary wouldn’t be in until 12 PM. I asked if this was an everyday start time and she said “I don’t know”.

There was a long line when I entered the store, and yet the three clerks managed to take care of everyone in a professional manner. Ended up only spending 20 minutes in line

Just rude. One of the girls working was nice to customers, the one that I got, not so much. She's busy doing things and was not helping anyone, fine. But then she just says 'next' in a low voice, and I wasn't sure if she was talking to me. She says 'next' again in a low voice and I ask if she's talking to me. She replies with a garbage attitude of 'I SAID next!' I can't argue with someone I'm about to hand an expensive item to, so I just handed the package, scanned and left. I get it, you're tired. But don't be so rude.
