I used UPS Store #3571 to pick up and ship an antique won at a Chicago auction house. Julie was professional and courteous in communicating with me the details of the pick up and how it would be handled with care and secured for transit. The item was packaged and shipped exactly as it should be and how I was told it would be. I highly recommended this UPS location. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment here for I-9 verification for employment. I stopped in hours before my appointment because I was in the area and Jackie and Charles were so friendly and accommodating and were able to get my I-9 verification taken care of super smoothly. I highly recommend this UPS Store. The staff is so wonderful!
