Paid a premium for Next Day Air delivery. Package did not show up after 3 days. Tracking info not updated. Called ups. Spoke to people in India. Got the runaround. The next day package still does not arrive. UPS claims that they were given the wrong address. 3 days later still no package. No refund issued. UPS still claims that the package is on the way but offers no refund.Next day now and STILL no package and no delivery date assigned to tracking number.No package, no refund.I will never, EVER, under any circumstances, pay to have UPS ship a package for me again.This is why I cannot shop online. I go to the store and buy my own items. I have ZERO faith that they will ever arrive at my house, and if they do not arrive I have no faith that I will be reimbursed.Horrible company! Liars and thieves!

Terrible. I payed to have the delivery window be 2-4 pm and at 11 am I got a notification saying the delivery was attempted and I wasn’t present. There was no slip left and the driver didn’t try to buzz my apartment (it goes to my phone when people try). I then requested for same day pickup at this location and I don’t have any notification all day. Not sure if this just an ups problem or this specific location. My package is extremely expensive and I need it as soon as possible. Customer service on the ups website was no help at all as well.

They work super slow … the lady was talking to me and her boyfriend at the same time i was in there for atleast half an hour just for them to tell me my package is not here i have to go a different location i will not be doing this again ..i thought this was a better option

My package needed a signature and the driver never left a notice slip or called my apartment to know they attempted delivery two days in a row. Last night when I called the facility, they reported my package as potentially missing. I called the facility this morning to confirm it was at the facility somewhere and get clarification where it was, and I was met with a horrible attitude who wouldn't answer my questions and even asked why I was so confused. When I asked for the woman's name, she hung up on me.

Kinda crazy how the dude working here was able to give me more information about where my mf'ing checks are than HR and the brain dead security guards. Very glad I quit working here with no notice.

Horrible waited all day for my package and the driver never rang my door bell or knocked on the window!!! N just left the missed delivery notice!!! I have it on My Ring!! Just getting the run around now!!!

"The receiver is not listed in the building directory. We are attempting to update this information." I rent an apartment and live there every day! My package was supposed to be delivered to me in 2 days, but the package was held due to that stupid reason! I regularly receive packages from other companies, but UPS is such a ~!@#$%^. I've been waiting for this package for 6 days now! I contacted UPS multiple times to locate my package and even offered to pick it up myself, but I was told that I couldn't. I filed a claim on their website, and they said it would take eight business days to process, and during this time, the package cannot be delivered. I received an email from them telling me I could pick it up yesterday, but the pickup point is far from my place! UPS is so FRUSTRATING!!

The customer service is the best, the only reason its not getting 5 stars is the room in which you pick up your package is gloomy and loud, there was a loud air compressor running making it hard to hear well.

If I could give this UPS 0 stars I would. This is the worst UPS location in Chicago, I would not send my packages from here. Avoid it at all costs. They never scanned two of my packages and they are now coincidentally lost. There is no way to contact them personally. I sent all of my moving shipment and two of the most valuable one's were lost. I would love to speak to the manager of this store and give him/her some feedback on customer assitance. Told to contact them via direct message privately but cannot find the Jefferson Hub anywhere legit. Please send me teh direct links to contact. The customer service of this hub just keeps getting worse!

Imagine realizing that an important packages are to arrive. Having someone waiting the entire day and one package showing it was delivered ( it was not) , and the other was damaged in transit. You go to file a claim for the ? packages and its an entire scam. The customer has to have the damaged said package in there possession. But its with the UPS driver. And you have to have 7 photos of the damaged package. Oh but wait the missing packages may be delivered in 24 hours, hmmm.There is something grossly wrong with a delivery system that damages, do not deliver or loses packages. And businesses and customers use this system that may or may not deliver your packages.The Chicago 1500 S. Jefferson Street UPS location has a high non delivery , missing items , damaged items or stolen items issue.

I see EVERYONE is dealing with the same issues as me. Probably spoke to customer service over 25+ over a span of what feels like weeks just to get absolutely no solution. It drives me what feels like to insanity wondering why my delivery driver REFUSES to deliver this package. I was home for each and every “attempted” delivery. I am so sick and tired of the lack of accountability this company has with its employees!!! This was the only solution to get my package and it was a $76 round trip uber to get it on TOP of the two day shipping I PAID FOR! I don’t wish having to deal with this place or UPS on my worst enemy! I mean this from the bottom of my heart, UPS will NEVER receive my business ever again in my entire life if I have any say in the situation. PS the employees at the pick up desk are rude as can be. 0/10 Disgusting experience!
