The customer service is top-tier. Marvell (Employee #116583) was quick to drop what he was doing and offer assistance regarding my print order. I use many UPS Stores to conduct my business and this franchise rocketed to the number one spot on my list.

Thank you Marvell for all your help today! Needed to ship 5 boxes to a conference and he helped with rolling in the boxes off the street, printing labels and boxing things up. Super smooth and I was in/out in under 10 minutes. Super friendly! Made my day!

The staff in the store today was very very rude. They did not have the packing envelopes that I usually use in stock. This stock has been out since last week. I simply asked 2 questions, when are they going to get more and what else could I use to send my shipment. From there both staff members proceeded to verbally attack me and accuse me of acting hysterical and having an attitude all because I asked a simple question. I was just confused how a shipping supply store does not have the proper shipping supplies. I was then told if I didn’t like it then I could go to another store. The gentlemen on staff went outside while the other clerk proceeded to check me out. He then came back in, told me that he didn’t want my business and then made a comment about how it’s always “our people” aka black people that have an attitude which I thought was extremely racist and he would not say that if I was a white customer. I asked them to rewatch the security video with audio after I leave to reevaluate their reaction because I did not have an attitude or even get loud until I was attacked.

If I wanted bad service and a worse attitude, I would have just gone to the Post Office. The only thing worse than the way they treated me was how they treated the poor woman that came in after me, whose delivery had been lost. When she explained what had happened, the UPS employee behind the counter stopped her mid-sentence and said, “I don’t deliver packages, so I didn’t lose one, UPS did.” Lovely.

The service from Marvel was beyond helpful. I had to copy and odd-sized document on 8.5x14 paper. He patiently worked with me to make sure it printed correctly. He exceeded my expectations. So grateful.

Rude staff who are not trained to interact with customers. Follow up correspondence with the store managers are also ignored. Go to a different location if possible.
