It’s criminal what this UPS store charges to drop off a package inside the Hilton airport hotel. They charged me $45 which is more than I even paid for a pre-paid shipping label!! Avoid them like the plague!

We stayed at the Hilton the night before our flight, a Friday. We had 2 framed pictures that I thought we could get on the plane. Unfortunately they were too big. Upon the suggestion of the front desk employee, we left them there for the UPS store to ship out on Monday. The store called me Monday to give me an update and ask if how quickly I needed them, I didn't need them fast just needed them to get to me safely as the sentimental value was very high. She called the next day with a price. I was expecting to pay quite a bit more. The pictures arrived 4 days later unharmed and in perfect condition. The packaging was unbelievable. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking care of my pictures.

Absolutely a life-saver!!! I had a package that weighed too much for my international flight, as per the airline. UPS was able to provide and build a custom box and they had all the packaging to make sure everything was securely prepared for shipping via the airlines. The agent was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous!!! Definitely something that was a unique situation and UPS saved the day. Highly recommend for all your shipping or package needs.

Thanks to Sofia who was at the counter on 18th April 2024 for an amazing customer service. Our son had booked our luggage through LugLess service from this location. Since it falls under an external premise not being an owned office of UPS, there was some additional charge per baggage. It was a surprise to us. We expained to her that these extra charges were not known to us before and asked for help. Sofia was kind and considerate and waived of the charges understanding our precarious situation after a really long flight.

They charge a $50 local handling service fee per package in addition to postage depending on the size and weight of the package. It cost me $528 to ship a bag of skis and a roller suitcase (50lbs each) via ground to Wisconsin. Pretty outrageous.

$5 handling fee for drop off after paying $ 20 Valet fee to park as there is a very limited parking spot here. Its does not make sense to me

I had such a great experience at this place! The location is very convenient, located within the Hilton hotel just steps from the blue line train and terminals. The employee working there was sooo nice, she was very kind, professional and worked really hard to make sure that my documents were printed perfectly. I see that other reviews are complaining about costs, I thought that costs were reasonable considering the location, convenience and quality of service. I will definitely come back to this location if I need printing or copying services in the area.

Wow can't outbound packages here even if pre labeled. $5 handing biggest ripoff ever. UPS does not even say this on their site for this location.
