Terrible company. ANYONE ELSE will do a better job. They don’t communicate, they’re unapologetic, they don’t care at all, not even the manager who I spoke to and didn’t even apologize. I had a 9am-12pm delivery window which means it should have been on the back of the truck as one of the first stops. Driver didn’t even bother passing by and had the nerve to tell the company no one was there so they sent me an invoice CHARGING me for not being at the drop off location AFTER I had to pay another service for picking up my package because I would have to wait a week before they’d be able to deliver my equipment for my business. I would recommend anyone else but this company.

Forna company who is on short list of dangerous in USA. This place show why no intrusions on where to stop or park on the entrance they tell to stop in front of a yard truck to check in door 12 then someone from compliance ask me to go around the building counter clock wise to back in the door that I was in front of it .Drive twice counter clock wise on this place give no peace to no one .I have no pleasure on give 1 star to a place but safety is priority to me but not what they do here

This is the worst freight company I have ever had to deal with. I have had multiple shipments from them that were scheduled for a specific day / time and were either extremely late or did not show up at all. Most recently I had a delivery scheduled that never showed up. When I called they said it was still in Atlanta. They did not call to let me know the package would not show. This is a large item that required installation and so the installation has to be rescheduled at my cost. Upon calling to inquire about the shipment the person I spoke with did not offer any apology - it seemed as though this was normal. I do not know how this place even stays in business if my experiences are any indication. Had I had any choice whatsoever I would have chosen a different carrier but I the carrier is chosen by the seller. If it were my business I would NEVER use this company.
