Friendly staff, but long wait time for notary. Notary refused to consider valid documents and the case. Job was done in 5 minutes at nearby Noble Notary at the Regis

The workers here today were such a breath of fresh air. idk if it was my timing but it was such good energy in there when I walked in. They were laughing and interacting with one another, were very attentive to us customers, moved quickly, and were just so funny. The young gentleman that helped me had such a sweet personality and had THE BEST energy cracking jokes to me. It really made my day.

I have been a loyal UPS customer and mailbox holder for over four years as a business owner. Occasionally, when I pick up my packages, one or two may be accidentally left out of the bag. Typically, when I call to report a missing package, it's located shortly after.
However, a few days ago, I experienced a more serious issue. I picked up over 15 packages, and when I got home and sorted through them, I noticed one was missing—an item from Nordstrom. I immediately called the store multiple times but received no answer, so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, no one returned my call.
When I came in to pick up my next round of packages, I informed the staff about the missing item. I was told I had already picked it up. I explained that the Nordstrom package was not among the ones I received. The store manager, Torrance, reviewed the security footage and told me, “The picture shows you with the package.” I responded that none of the packages in that photo were from Nordstrom and asked how he could identify the sender from a general image. Despite my concerns, he stated he would not take any further action.
As a long-time customer, I find this response extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It feels as though I’m being dismissed without a proper investigation. I take this matter very seriously and will not be renewing my mailbox. Additionally, I intend to pursue this issue until I receive a resolution. I believe there is a serious issue with package handling or possible theft that must be addressed.

I just had the most pleasant experience at this location. Customer service, on point, by the two people that helped me. T, who I presume is the store manager, went out of his way in order to print a return label, while I had issues with my email going through.
I work in hospitality, and I will use this interaction as a coaching experience with our staff.

Service is good. Location is horrible...in the crowded Hyde Park area with limited paid street parking. Store is also small.

Been here a few times for their notary and printing services and to return my amazon packages. Every single time the employees have been incredibly kind and pleasant, and services are very fast and efficient. Whatever these people get paid, is probably not enough.

Terrible experience trying to use notary services. If there are specific hours, it should be posted on their website or in the store.
I went to have a single page notarized. I arrived at 8:35 am. I was told that notary hours don't start until 9:00 am. I said it's one page, the notary simply shook her head to indicate no and told me i could wait if I would like. Having been a notary and understanding the point of a notary is to confirm the person before you is to the best of your knowledge the person signing the form. This is a very short process. The person signs, you as a Notary sign & stamp the document. To ask a customer to wait 20 minutes for arbitrary and unposted hours is insane.
The employee did mention they need to prepare for delivery. However, given the store's busy nature, I saw that 20 minutes turning to a much longer wait and wasn't willing to risk it. As a business professional, I am of the opinion it's always best to service the customer in front of you if possible. I simply walked out.
