The attendant who helped me was Connor He really took his time with me and didn’t rush me or his work. That was actually refreshing especially since I’ve never honestly shipped a package myself before. I really appreciated it!

Conner and the team at the Fullerton store are the very best. They are there to help carry out large orders, check on tracking, etc., whatever is needed. No matter how busy they are, the team is polite, helpful, and professional. I wouldn't ship with anyone else!

This is a great UPS location. UPS is always reliable, and Conner in particular is always super friendly, helpful, smart and efficient. I only mail anything here now.

This my go to store when I need to do a return, fax or have to get something notarized. The staff is always friendly and Conner greets everyone as they walk into a store. Its great to see that good customer service still exists. Keep up the great work!

I went to post some letters and instead of offering stamps the employee didnt say anything and charged me double by creating the usps label through their system…when I made a comment he was super arrogant. I wish he had told me i was going to pay double for each letter i posted…

Horrible customer service. I walked in was not greeted Conor just literally stood at the cash register never said hello or asked if I needed anything. Also he answered the ringing phone but never said anything to I the customer that was in store. I just walked out first time here and last time 0/10 . Great customer service is hard to find- but companies have gotten to the bottom of the barrel with hiring employees with no customer service skills- Just a very mean sad environment when I walked in. Fix it for the next customers.

Drivers don't attempt delivery, CS does not provide resolution. Fedex, UPS, Amazon all do better.

UPS really shouldn’t advertise notary services. The printing process went somewhat ok even though it took about 5 attempts to get the email to clear for printing. However, there wasn’t a notary present at this location. I went to a neighboring UPS Store location, and neither one of them had a notary on staff despite what is listed online. I have been driving to multiple locations trying to get a time sensitive document completed, and all the locations have let me down.
