Can I give this a 0? Sent a box to my daughter for $20 plus. Got a notification of successful delivery. However, she never received the box nor any attempted delivery notes. They returned the box to this UPS store and the rude and defensive rep at the store told me I was out of luck and would have to pay again to ship it. UPS corporate said it was not responsible either. FedEx from here on out.

My favorite UPS Store for Excellent Customer Service.This is a Chicago UPS store near me which I use for my small shipping. Conner is great and Amanda is wonderful and always welcomes you with her beautiful smile. Thank you for your excellent services.

This is a great UPS store. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. Thank you to Garrett who took the extra time to help me with my returns. I’m glad this store is the closest one to where I live.

The employees at this UPS location are always so friendly and helpful. I ship multiple packages per week and always use this location. Danny and Connor work really hard and are very thorough.

I’m here about once a week (Amazon returns ?) but everyone is so friendly. There usually parking in the lot, otherwise it’s easy to park on Fullerton and walk through the bushes. Very fast and convenient location.

This has now been my go to UPS store for over 5 years despite multiple other drop off locations in the area. The customer service and attention I’ve received at this location has been nothing but excellent. Just to give one understanding of how often I visit this store, I exclusively run my business from here with over 100 packages going out per month. The manager on site, Danny, has made every single one of those visits feel like a genuinely great experience with his friendliness, care, and attention to my constant business. I rarely leave reviews, but since coming here has never felt like a boring work routine and rather time of the day I look forward to, I think this place deserves at least 5 stars with special thanks going to Danny!

Came in to return two UPS packages. One small and one medium. The staff didn’t accept my medium sized box because they said corporate was visiting this afternoon and they wanted the store/storage area to “look good”. There was plenty of visible space and the box in question was not that big by any means. They suggested we go to another nearby UPS store to drop off and pointed us the store owner’s business card. The phone number went straight to the store phone where the staff continued to vacuum the carpeting while we stood there. If you’re planning on stopping by to drop off your packages, I wouldn’t bother with this location.

This store is close to our house, but we stopped going there because they were rude to my wife. However, recently she went back to them, since they seem to have new people, and they have been nicer. So I went to drop off some items for returns rather than going to the slightly farther away location. As there were a number of people behind me, I wanted to be quick. I had one box for one order that Zappos had given me a QR code for, so that was no problem. However, another order needed two boxes (one with three shoeboxes inside) and another box with one box inside. Apparently there should have been two QR codes for the second return shipment. The associate, Eric, did not listen to me when I told him which boxes were going to be shipped as one order, so first off he put the wrong label on one of the boxes. Then when I pointed out that Zappos had said that two boxes were okay, rather than a constructive comment, he chose to give me smart remarks instead. Apparently it was a huge deal to take off one of the labels that he had put on the wrong box. Then, rather than maybe saying, "check your email" or "call the company", he said "one label, two boxes", gesturing at the two boxes. Then he opened up the box with three shoeboxes inside, took out the other box and said that if I could figure out how to put the other shoebox into it, that would be fine. Of course, he knew that was impossible, since he could see it was full. His solution was for me to buy another box that was big enough. Instead, I went home and called Zappos. They were really helpful and pointed out where I could find another QR code, even giving me a credit because UPS had been rude. So I went back to UPS, got it set up with Eric and told him that I didn't appreciate the way he talked with me. His response was that I was being difficult. I believe he was also the person that was rude to another associate when my wife was there. Can we do a little better with customer service? If I was difficult, I can't imagine him working with some of the people that my wife and I deal with every day. This guy needs some training and/or an attitude adjustment. I'll go back to the other location, as I don't want to deal with some smart-aleck kid.

Excellent service best UPS store I have ever been to! The gentleman who took care of us did everything he could to make extensive shipping items affordable for me. Great service go here for any shipping needs!

Awesome Service, knowledgeable and fun staff. Manager on Duty was Danny. He took care of me. His energy was a whole vibe. Will come back again and I suggest you do too. My package was delivered faster than I imagine.
