Who knew mailing something could actually be a good time? Hugo at this UPS Store is a total gem. He was kind, helpful, and clearly knows his stuff. Took care of everything with a smile and zero hassle. If every UPS location had a Hugo, the world would be a better place. Thanks again!

I had such a great experience at this UPS Store yesterday, all thanks to Oscar! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made what could’ve been a stressful errand feel easy.
It’s rare to come across such genuine, KIND, customer service these days- thank you, Oscar!!

Poor service, they do not care about you at all, I emailed my files separately, a pile of documents, and they printed them all together not separated as sent to them , isn't it obvious that files should be printed separately as sent to them? I told the manager that it is their fault but she didn't agree and she wanted to charge me twice if I need them again separated as sent separated, and it is an extra work for me me to separate them again , a lot of papers ....

Super long line and they would not allow me to drop off my package without waiting in it, even though I had printed and attached the label and did not require any services from the very rude girl who was at the register.

I just went inside for a simple prepaid package drop off. The man behind the counter was terse and rude. He behaved as if he was being inconvenienced and made this store visit unwelcoming.

This store is very busy. Just five minutes after unlocking the front door, a line had formed, but moved fast. As with just about every ups store that I've been to, the staff are quick, patient, and polite.
My favorite thing about ups stores is the ability to bring loose items to be shipped along with addresses. The staff takes care of the packaging and paperwork for a very small fee which saves a lot of time. They're the best when it comes to returning items under warranty, as there is no chance of being denied warranty repairs due to improper packing or handling. These people are very good at making sure that your items get where they need to go safely and on-time.

UPS really shouldn’t advertise notary services. This is the second store I’ve been to today, and neither one of them had a notary on staff despite what is listed online. I have been driving to multiple locations trying to get a time sensitive document completed, and all the locations have let me down.

Service is always pleasant and they do a good job. Problem is the cost is way too high. USPS is considerably cheaper if you pack it yourself.
