Have returned many packages here! Friendly staff, but sadly no baby passport photos. Just wanted to share!

Very rude staff but not surprising given the other reviews.

Sassy extremely rude staff that can't explain their own logistical limitations due to poor organization within their company. Do not recommend.

We've always had good experiences here. The workers have always been friendly and helpful, even when we've had to run in minutes before closing.

Awful and rude customer service here. Walked in with a package and shipping label and a male worker, named Dominic was rude, hostile, and barked at me that Im supposed to have the shipping label taped on when dropping it off there. I apologized and said, sorry i didnt know. I assumed you guys could do it. He was rude and continued to bark at me and roll his eyes. Never coming to this location again. Hire and train your workers to do better. Dominick was so rude and condescending, considering all the other similar negative reviews about him here, I am shocked he hasnt been fired yet. Never come to this location if you dont want to be mistreated and yelled at.

This store has the worst customer service and attempts to oversell its services (their pack & ship) at ridiculous costs. After failing to sell me a $45 pack & ship option, I asked how much for the box, which was a laughable $12. I went across the street to FedEx and bought the same box for $2.20. The general manager has a major attitude problem and is a blockhead. It says a lot when you get better customer service at USPS. If you need to ship or just want to be treated decently, there FedEx across the street, UPS on Lincoln/Irving, or USPS on Irving at ALL much better options than this horrible place.

The guy with the mustache and beard and bald head, is one of the rudest people I've ever met. He has actually been so rude on so many different occasions, that I would recommend any other ups over this one.

I am so confused on how this store is still doing business on Southport. All I wanted was to put insurance on my package and the larger white male was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I asked to see the prices and he laughed at me saying all the prices were in the computer and the idea of a price menu was ridiculous. Let's all #boycottsouthportUPS

I am in here a couple times a month for various reasons and generally have a pretty good experience. Grant the other day, particularly, was a huge help. I can see how some people might mistake the employees demeanor, but if I worked there and had to work with some of the folks I have overheard while in there, I might have some bad reviews, too.

Yesterday, I dropped off two small pre-labeled packages to the UPS store I go to at least twice a week for several years now. It was first thing in the morning and I could see Donald looked to be by himself with a woman that had several packages to go. I sat the two packages on the desk and said, I don't need receipt, just going to leave these here.Do you ever have such an uncomfortable situation happen that you can't really recall it clearly after because you'd gotten so anxious and frustrated? All I know is the following was said to me: I am so rude, I say I'm not be so rude but here I am continuing to talk so I am being so rude, go ahead and call UPS I don't care, and also I was laughed at somewhere in there.I spent the entire day thinking how can I address a situation like this in the future. Clearly, I felt some of it was definitely misogyny and, as we've learned from Me Too, it happens. I say this because I truly don't think had I'd been a man, this would've happened. I sat down to small packages on a desk and gave the desk person a heads up I was good to go w/o a receipt. Simple stuff. But Donald was right. To get to a person at UPS that could affect change in this situation would be not easy for most. I actually have a contact for that, however. But that's not going to solve the problem of having a general protocol for when you suddenly find yourself in the midst of someone so caustic and toxic. My friends, clients, and partner all said varying similar things. Ignore. After a lot of "wha? tf". But when you find yourself being attacked, and you haven't been able to brace, it's easy to feel overwhelmed with uncomfortable feelings. For now, I am never going into this UPS shop unbraced, not ready. I will never freely talk again or feel like I'm in a good place. I really dislike this type of conflict so I'll be sure to always be on guard at this UPS store. And I'd say I hope for Donald's sake he has a chance to reflect and see why he's so willing to be toxic to random folks like me truly meaning him no harm.

Ah well the store manager is the biggest a-hole in town. That said, I think he thrives on that energy so I try to find little ways to annoy him when I go (not hard to do). I mean I need them and won't stop going there so may as well make the most of it. Most of the other employees there are pretty decent. However, I'm always shocked when i go to another UPS store and they're so nice. I guess I've been conditioned over the years.
