Never opens on time. Check security cameras and tell me I'm wrong. Outside store at 9:50 am on a Saturday supposed to be open at 930. Only had 1 positive experience here with having documents notarized. Simply avoid this store at all costs. You must call ahead for notary services to see if they will be on-site. Please do not respond to this review - Rather corporate focus intense efforts on improving the service quality at this store than develop excuses or direct people to contact a dead-end support email address.

Terrible place - use another UPS store if you can. The staff is incompetent, unhelpful and unfriendly. Their notary hours are arbitrary. They overcharged for a document delivery by $200 and refused to help, even when their own website showed that the charge was wrong. We used them routinely despite their unhelpful attitudes because of location convenience. However, given this last experience, we won’t be returning.

Popped in to get a few last minute Christmas gifts in the mail and get a few Amazon returns out. They were all so nice! We had a few laughs, they complimented my hair which was lovely. These reviews are funny because only angry people tend to leave reviews. So they don't accurately represent the people and the quality of service at this location. I'm a big fan and will be back soon.

I frequent this location all the time. I don't blame the staff for being overworked and often grumpy. But today it was a joy to be served. The vibe was energetic and upbeat. New faces worked the counter. Teamwork was evident. I was greeted and served with a smile. Wow! Keep up the good work and thank you for being in the neighborhood!

Every time I brought my package here their attitude made me feel like I brought in troubles instead. Because of this, but also because they are the only UPS in SL, I decided to drop my boxes in their collection box and run away as soon as I can.

I visit this store often. Only about one employee was forthcoming and helpful. Otherwise some rude and mean folks work here, their attitude is as if they hate their job, life and the rest of the world. They are completely incompetent in good customer care nor the image of the store. Very sad.

its reassuring to see that I'm not the only one with a terrible experience. The manager/owner Karla Davis-Luther is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude, and does not greet you. I dropped by on several occasion to utilize the notary services however was told that "the system was down". All that is needed for the service is an official stamp on my documents. When I eventually was able to find a notary there (Karla) she refused to notarize my Passport, which is an official government issued ID, simply because I am Canadian. She made the false assumption that I was seeking "immigration services" when in fact all that was needed was notarization of my ID-very discriminatory behavior against minorities.They are always understaffed and have little time for questions. Karla threatened to call security on me when questioned. She then shoved my documents back at me, refused to mail my other paperwork and started helping the next customer.The store is unkempt with boxes and packages laying around-very unorganized, and unprofessional.

The team at the UPS managed my RUSH shipment expertly. I work remote and this project including moving parts and complexity. I highly recommend this UPS Store for your next project.

i came to return my mobile at ups store michigan and 13th, i forgot to get the printout of the return receipt and the staff was super assisatable. and the return process was super quick

Cory and Chris were awesome! I go to this UPS quite often to drop packages off, and typically the experience is subpar at best -- but Cory and Chris are some of the best employees I've ever dealt with. Kudos to them!

After reading all the other reviews I felt 100% agreed. The two people who work on August 7th around noon are very rude and lazy to work. They were two African American females. The one with red wig has a better attitude but the one with yellow hair was extremely unprofessional. Also they did not want to help the other Chinese guy who were clearly seeking help from them. And after reading other reviews, I could tell this store is racist towards Asians. They did not want to be there to work and they treated customers bad. The only star is like the others, it goes to Amazon. We all had to go there for the return. And that’s the only reason why this store still exists. Personally I will check who is working there and then pick my days to go.

This place is the absolute WORST business in the South Loop. The "employees" clearly hate humans and have zero concept of customer service. If it were not for the fact that they accept amazon returns I would never patron this establishment. I'm not sure how UPS allows such a poorly run shop to exist under their name. Here's an idea: if you don't want to help customers then go work in a factory where there is no human interaction. The only reason this place even get's one stat is because the security guard will smile at you, about 50% of the time.

Every time I have to come here, I wish there was another convenient option. The employees are rude and unprofessional, and the store always looks like a trash heap!I dropped off a package, only to have it redelivered to me two days later. One of the employees insisted that he knew why the package was delivered to me, instead of the addressee. I don’t need an explanation. You failed, UPS!I guess UPS doesn’t have standards for its franchises.
