I come by this store in the mornings to drop off packages before work. On several recent occasions I've gotten there at 8:30 and by 8:40/8:45, they still have not opened. Just change your hours if you can’t reliably be open when you say you will. Attached a picture of people waiting outside at 8:40 AM, when everything says they open at 8:30.

Would not recommend this store unless you are shipping something you don't mind losing. I shipped something at this store 2nd day air and got lost. Contacted UPS they said I had to ask this store to start an investigation. I had called this store about 4 times and each time someone said they had started the investigation and will give me a call back next day or so. It's been 3 weeks and no calls came. It turns out no investigations was initiated. Horrible and unethical business practice.

It's Sunday and I just left the store there was a line of maybe six of us the phone was ringing off the hook and Ricardo was the only one there I asked his name just so I could specifically Rave about him he handled everybody was so much care and patience he took the phone calls he answered everyone's dumb questions on the phone he helped everybody in line best UPS store I've ever been to . Thank you

Stopped by to do a free return of an amazon item. $3 to print out a shipping label and $2 for a plastic bag. First time encountering a UPS location that charges money for this.

I went to this UPS Store at 207 E Ohio St and Derrick helped me print my poster. Not only did he re-size it to the size I want but he also helped me choose the perfect paper type. Thank you Derrick for your great customer service.

the UPS store I go to on 207 E Ohio is the best shipping place you can go to. It is a trusty and caring place they are always happy and help you out. This store shipping is very convenient and hassle free when shipping anything they have the best rates and safe options.

They charge $3 for the first 3 pages of printing and then 50 cents per page after that. Would be much better off going to the FedEx around the corner instead

EDIT: One month later and still no AC
I’ll be honest, I have no problems with the people working there at all. What I do have is the problem with management. I’ve been going to this store a couple times now the past few months and it’s clear here that management doesn’t care about their employees. The AC is broken in this store. It’s been like that for this month and the past couple weeks. You know what they did instead of fixing the AC? They gave the employees fans. In 90+ degrees weather. It’s clear management is too cheap to get the AC running or they’re too apathetic to their employees working there. OSHA has a whole page related to heat illness prevention for this. It’s frankly really disgusting it has come to this. Management should be ashamed and embarrassed for this.

Charged me extra $6 for notarizing one page, so instead of $5 I paid $11. On the receipt it say $5 for notarization then an extra $6 for UPS! Why is a service charge even higher done the service? Horrible shop. Attendant was nonchalant too. Wouldn’t recommend. 1/10
