Refused to help even after explaining clearly it was a UPS return. Completely unhelpful and rude. Wasted my time. The employee was incompetent and dismissive. I clearly explained everything, but he refused to listen. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

When you’re in a rush all it takes is one little thing to throw off how smooth or efficient the process can be, regardless what it is we’re talking about. I overlooked the fact this location was just an access point and not a full UPS store. I had my rather large box to ship with the shipping label in my email. I felt like I was going to be a hassle customer or possibly asked to go to a full store. However, to my surprise the two ladies behind the counter were more than helpful to print my label and finish tapping up my box making it more secure. I really appreciated their assistance and knew my item would be taken care of.

Store is in shambles. Hours are not consistent- you make a trip there, only to see a hand printed closed sign slapped on the plywood door. The fact that someone said an employee committed identity theft using information they posted from this store is not surprising. Does the UPS franchise have no quality control or standards?

DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!They stole my ss number and personal information which was on an application document and committed fraud with it. The owner is a fraud and a thief. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
