This is the best UPS I have been to in a long time. The folks working were friendly and efficient, even though they were very busy and it was a few weeks before the holiday. I wish every UPS was like this one and/or I lived closer to this one.

I recently visited the UPS Store at North Avenue and Sedgwick, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Right when I walked in, the employees gave me attitude and unfriendly looks as soon as they saw my items. This immediately made me feel unwelcome.
Two staff members were on their phones the entire time, completely ignoring customers. One employee named Ray even refused to package my items, which is something I thought would be standard at a UPS Store. When I asked for help, he said he wasn’t going to do it, which I found shocking. The overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and hostile.
If you’re expecting basic customer service or assistance with packaging, this is not the place to go. I will never return to this UPS location, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

I went out of my way to leave this review - this UPS store has single handedly restored my faith in humanity. It’s an actually helpful, competent, fast place to ship.
This is not the closest UPS store/ USPS to me but I go out of my way to go here because the people are great and actually know what they’re doing (as well as friendly).
Not your typical UPS experience.

From now on this will be the only UPS store I FW. Ray was extremely kind dealing with my complicated copy, print, notarized, ship order. After visiting two other UPS locations who said they couldn’t help me, Ray came through as the real MVP for real. Thank you Ray, you lowered me stress level by at least 75% today. My first beer tonight is for Ray! Cheers!

Extremely rude staff. No wonder no one wears name tags. Took forever to get service and when I finally did I was refused service because the entire staff couldn’t comprehend a standard power of attorney document that needed to be notarized. Did I say EXTREMELY rude? Yes. I also didn’t appreciate my personal business being paraded out in front of the whole store because the staff can’t comprehend the English language.

Feb. 7, 2024 I frequently visit this UPS Store it closest to me, the only one I've been going to since moving here. Unfortunately, they rarely acknowledge my presence, and I often find myself waiting for service even when I'm the only person in line. The parking situation is also horrendous. However, I recently discovered the UPS Store on Division & Clybourn, and the experience is night and day. The staff there goes out of their way to connect with customers, and the parking is excellent.Feb. 22, 2024: I revisited this UPS store again today, and unfortunately, the consistently poor service persisted. Long lines with no acknowledgment until things became a bit tense, prompting the staff to finally assist the next customer in line. It's disheartening that it took a somewhat hostile situation for attention. Note to self: Avoid returning; it's not worth the hassle, and they don't value our business. Remember, there's a UPS store less than 4 blocks away where you'll feel genuinely welcomed.
