Donna is a nice lady but the other lady with glasses has a bad attitude and is rude. Make you feel like you’re annoying them if you ask any questions or don’t know exactly what you’re doing. Say they deal with eBay but tell you every time “well thats between you and eBay” so do you deal with eBay or not? Shoutout to Donna for at least being kind and patient. This place ended up costing me money that I should not have had to spend. Screwed me with 3 eBay orders.

WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! THEY STOLE MY RETURN!!!!
THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF STEALING PACKAGES. PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS WITH THE SAME THINGS HAPPENING.
I PROMPTED C*S CHICAGO INVESTIGATORS AND SHARED MY VIDEO AND UPS RECEIPT. OTHERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO THE SAME THAT EXPERIENCE STOLEN PACKAGES FROM THIS LOCATION
4/19/25 @ 11:43AM - I TOOK IN 4 PACKAGES, AMAZON RETURNS, BUT ONLY 3 LABELS WERE SCANNED. THE EMPLOYEE SCANNED THE SAME LABEL TWICE SHOWING 4 ITEMS ON THE RECEIPT, BUT THE SAME PACKAGE, SAME WEIGHT SCANNED TWICE.
THERE IS NO RECOUP, THIS IS A STOLEN PACKAGE FOR WHICH THE STORE, AND EMPLOYEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PER VICTOR, STORE EMPLOYEE THAT I SPOKE WITH ON 4/21/25 @ 10:23AM.
I WILL REPORT THIS AS A STOLE PACKAGE TO THE POLICE, BECAUSE I HAVE VIDEO OF MY INTERACTION WITH THE EMPLOYEE AND RECEIPT SHOWING MY RETURN.

THEY STEAL RETURN PACKAGES!!!!! THE PERSONNEL AT UPS STORE MISTAKENLY SCAN THE SAME LABEL TWICE MISSING ONE OF THE FOUR ITEMS I RETURNED AND NOW THEY'RE CLAIMING THEY'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE?
THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The store is Dirty unorganized and are not willing to help when a package has been dropped off and they can't find it. It's like it's not thier problem no more . SO I SENT THE EMAIL AND STILL NO RESPONSE. SONEONE BETTER STEP UP AND TELL ME THE STATS. THAT WONT GIVE ME THE MANAGERS NUMBER NOR HAS THE MANAGER CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. WHEN I CALL THEY SAY THE MANAGER IS NOT IN. ITS LIKE NO INE IS MANAGING THE EMPLOYEES OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.......I NEED CORPORATE NUMBERS IMMEDIATELY...
