I found this UPS Store by accident when I needed notary services. The staff were professional, very fast, and friendly. Even though I live far away, I’ll be coming to this store again and recommend it to anyone who wants a stress-free experience.

Typically my favorite UPS location because they’re so fast; however, I’ve shown up twice around 9am (expected opening at 8) to find the doors locked and lights off. Update your hours if you’re not going to be open!

I didn't realize this location was available for Amazon drop offs till recently! It's much closer than the Amazon location on Clark and Diversey for me. The lady inside was efficient and helpful. Thank you 🥰😁

Was told the notary would be here but when I arrived “well it was slow today so we sent her home but she’ll be here tomorrow” ok so why would I drive all the way out here again tomorrow. Useless.

I would like to express the kindness and patience of the Center Manager Dee. I am a senior citizen and made and printed copies today. Any questions I had about printing she was there with a smile. I also had gastrointestinal surgery last year and sometimes experience unexpected extreme heartburn due to my condition. Dee noticed my discomfort and immediately went to the back and brought out a bottle of water without my asking. Which is exactly how to combat the attack. I sincerely thank her for her kindness and think UPS should be very proud of her and the compassion she exhibits towards their customers. Thank you Dee and thank you UPS in your leadership staff.

I went to the UPS Store #0857 and asked for assistance with a print job that I already had done and set up on the UPS website. I was simply hoping that they could confirm I had set up the order correctly, the person in the store (Brittany) was quite rude and said “I guess” then proceeded with to ignore me for 20 minutes. I also asked if I could use a tax-exemption certificate as the print is for a university, she said no because she does not know how to. Ultimately, I called this store and got a hold of Ree who was so kind and immediately helpful on the phone that I came here instead to get help from her. Ree is extemely professional, kind, and so helpful! She asked me to email my file to the store and she set up the entire thing for me, did a test print to show me, and it was perfect! She was able to do a tax exemption and even sent me off with a box to hold all of my prints so they wouldn’t get wrinkled in transit. Ree was also the only person working and as she was simultaneously working on my print she was helping other customers that kept coming so that a line didn’t stack up. Amazing employee! Don’t know what I would’ve done without her help! There definitely needs to be more than one employee, Ree handled it all with no problem but watching her jump from one thing to another, it’s not fair for one person to be doing all of that.

This UPS location provides the most exceptional customer service of any location I've visited. Rhee (as well as all of the staff) consistently go above and beyond - even when the task is as simple as a quick drop-off. My favorite errand to run is to this UPS location. It's a level of kindness that isn't necessary, but wow, is it appreciated! Huge thanks to all of these employees for continuously making us smile. Who knew that shipping and returns could be so fun!?
