I cannot speak highly enough about Urban Tailz. If I could give 11 stars I would. We have high maintenance cats that need specific medicine & food. All of the sitters handle it expertly AND are kind and funny and take the best photos. The management is also responsive and helpful. Best sitters in Chicago hands down.

I honestly don't know what I'd do without the amazing people at Urban Tailz. Not only do they take the best care of my girls, Jingle Bell and Olive, while I'm away, but they literally just saved me when I locked myself out of my house. I trust them with my kits implicitly. The very best.

We have been using Urban Tailz for their cat sitting. They have been absolutely wonderful! We have full confidence and trust in their service. Eli has been especially great and we can tell that she is our little kittys favorite visitor.
