I have been banking at US Bank for a number of years and they have always been helpful, friendly, and professional whether on the phone or in person at a branch location. My most recent visit to the Edgewater branch was initiated by a phone call from Sebastian Raszczuk regarding some suggestions on improving my investments. He was most helpful in describing options available for my situation and guiding me through the process. I wholeheartedly recommend the helpful service that Sebastian provided and feel confident in continuing my association with US Bank.

Let me tell you something about this US Bank location: I noticed that there are a lot of negative reviews. The vast majority of those are the result of impulses from people waiting in the drive-through. This is most unfortunate because if they were to take the time to enter the bank and speak with the bankers, they would realize how personable and helpful they really are. I have been banking with CHASE my entire life. Therefore, I assumed I would be able to open a business bank account with them without a hitch. I was wrong. However, when I approached Sebastian Raszczuk at this US Bank location with my business prospect, I found that he was more than willing to work with and help me to make my entrepreneurial dreams become a reality. Sebastian truly is on your side and wants you to succeed.

Only 2 people inside, the deposit box is always locked to the point where I have to come inside and stand in line for over 1hr….In responses to the response: no this doesn’t help its the night drop box that broken not locked as I previously assumed) it’s been 3 weeks now that I can not just drop my deposit bags into the night drop box n have to go inside and wait in a line for 1 hr because there are only 2 tellers and one is working both inside and drive thru. So no your suggestion doesn’t help what would help is you guys get the night deposit box back functioning properly!!!

Terrible location that is poorly run. I met with Louise, the Branch Manager, and she offered to follow-up with me by phone within 24 hours. Two weeks have passed and she has not returned any of my calls. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business here if you are reading this. I should have listened to the other reviews…
