Despite some negative reviews, I can confidently say that this branch offers exceptional customer service. The branch manager, Louise, and her team collectively boast over 50 years of experience. They are professional, dedicated, and committed to helping you achieve your financial goals.

U.S. Bank provides a reliable, comprehensive banking experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable financial partner. Their blend of excellent customer service, a wide range of products, and a secure, user-friendly platform makes them a standout in the banking industry.

Only 2 people inside, the deposit box is always locked to the point where I have to come inside and stand in line for over 1hr….In responses to the response: no this doesn’t help its the night drop box that broken not locked as I previously assumed) it’s been 3 weeks now that I can not just drop my deposit bags into the night drop box n have to go inside and wait in a line for 1 hr because there are only 2 tellers and one is working both inside and drive thru. So no your suggestion doesn’t help what would help is you guys get the night deposit box back functioning properly!!!

The branch manager Louise ( my apologies if I spelled it wrong) really came through for me today with helping me get my check cleared. She was really nice and effective!

Terrible location that is poorly run. I met with Louise, the Branch Manager, and she offered to follow-up with me by phone within 24 hours. Two weeks have passed and she has not returned any of my calls. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business here if you are reading this. I should have listened to the other reviews…

My husband and I have had accounts here for 25 years. Recently my husband parked in the lot after banking hours to use the ATM and he was towed in the 3 minutes it took for him to get cash. The branch manager acted as if she was going to help me get our money back from Lincoln Towing, but she has not responded to any of my emails. We plan to close our accounts there and go to another bank.

Extremely rude tellers. Do not go to this branch! They have no customer service. When you call them they hang up on you.

If you need quarters, US Bank is weirdly possessive of theirs. Don't go here, they won't give them to you, your money's no good here. Chase Bank just a few blocks down the street will gladly give you as many rolls of quarters as they have without question.

Came in to this branch to close an account and terminate my financial relationships with US Bank because I was fed up with prior errors and poor customer service. Staff (including the manager) did not listen to concerns, created barriers to processing closure. Essentially holding my money hostage by refusing to release it without penalties, which they then refused to justify in reference to actual bank policies. Staff also threatened to retaliate by refusing to process my closure request after I said that their behavior was mistreatment of my investment, wasteful of my time, and disrespectful to me - guess their fragile selves (particularly the one masculine presenting banker) did not like hearing how their behavior is seen by customers. Even the one helpful person needed to be informed that it's inappropriate to try and justify their bank's and colleagues' problematic behavior by saying that it's like this everywhere. I suppose all of this not unexpected from a financial institution which was just recently fined for unethical and fraudulent practices by the consumer protection branch of the federal government.

The tellers do ALL of the banking. I see nothing but empty cubicles in the back every time I go in. Guaranteed 20 minute wait time minimum. It isn’t the fault of the tellers, who are kind and patient. This is just a remarkably understaffed branch for its size. For every 4 workers there, I would say about 1-2 of them are helping customers. I am already very unhappy with US Bank overall after only a month and this location does very little to make me want to stay.

Is this location permanently closed? Understaffed? They have a sign up that they are "closed for an emergency" again.

What a garbage branch. If they get too busy, they will “close for emergency” which today was 1 hour before the bank actually closed. I’ve never had such an awful experience with a bank. No wonder so many people are leaving for online.

went to the drive up window, since I can’t use the atm and that was a mistake. I grabbed the canister from the window and inserted my card, id, and money and sent the canister back. I sat there and never realized how long I had been sitting. I started blowing the horn to see if I could get some attention, but no. By then, another vehicle pulled up to the other window and she sat there for a moment before she took she cane to hit on the metal frame, she did the a few times before she decided to blow the horn as well. Nothing, no one acknowledged we were out there. I finally pulled up enough to get out and walk in the bank to see if I could find out what was going on….nothing, they were not busy at all. There were 3 patrons in which 2 were getting waited on. The bank was not busy, so I asked what was going on that no one would acknowledge there were people were waiting out there. Why would anyone not say anything….? I just say to just send the canister back so I can collect my money and other things so I can leave. It’s not even that these people didn’t care that we were out there, but how could they be that illiterate to not acknowledge us?

I am going out of my way to use a different US Bank branch from now on.Pre-pandemic, the lines were a little rough but never unbearable. During the pandemic, especially with a closed lobby, it was a bit better. Now, you can expect to wait 30+ minutes for change, to make a deposit, to get a document notarized. I have tried all times of day with no change in service. The tellers are polite and accommodating, but I truly can’t understand why the wait times are so excessive. On my most recent visit I needed to make a deposit, and wasn’t able to use the ATM. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one came, so I parked and went inside. Waited another 20 minutes.Upon completing my business, I was asked if I had 5 minutes to apply for a new credit card with them, as I was eligible for an upgrade in perks. I told them I had literally 5 minutes, as I was late for work. It ended up taking closer to another 20 minutes.I was told I’d receive I’ve a call the next day with the decision on the card, and it’s been radio silence. No email, no call, no text. It’s been run on my credit report, and I’m left wondering what is happing. It’s been over a week as of today and there has been no follow up or additional information from the bank branch.
