Terrible bank. They destroyed card and I can't do anything about it because it wasn't one of theres. Edit to the response. The card was neither in your name or distributed by your company. You destroyed my personal property!

ONE single atm at the bank. The machine outside is the only one. As another review stated the polish employee is very rude and wasn’t letting speak to a teller because I have the focus card but the teller is actually able to give me cash from my account and has done it before. She was very dismissive.

Incredibly rude. Clerk did not speak English well and was incredibly rude about a malfunction on their website before eventually giving me the phone number for support.
Don't show up here with any paint on your boots, I guess. And learn Polish first. I can speak English and Spanish and I've never had this much trouble at a bank.

I have always had a good experience with this branch.I have not met more dedicated teller than Melissa and her Manager Mari. They are always able to help. The lobby is always welcoming and clean. All the tellers have always helped me with any concerns. Happy to do business with these folks

Where in God's green earth is the ATM machine???? For the love of God, every other bank has atm machine literally when you enter, and this place, for some reason, decides to hide the ATMS god knows where? The only ATM I was able to find was the drive-through, and they only have 1 drive-through ATM so if someone is in front of you there's line. This is so frustrating for someone who just wants to go in quickly and get money.

It should be noted that there was no profanity - or anything close to rudeness written.

Call us bank today and requested information on my account and was greeted with a live person name heidi not a foregin agent from another 3rd world countrie who cant even speak english were most of the other banks like chase bank or citi bank were u put on hold and wait and get greeted with someone who cant barely speak english and you cant even understand them i wish all the other banks would go back to the old ways and use a banker who has good commucation skills like heidi this is true customer care ..

Their ATM often does not let you deposit cash, today I got here before 5 and they are completely closed. VERY inconvenient.

ATM is constantly broken. Always spits the cash back out and I have to go through the drive-up if the bank is open. Will be banking elsewhere very soon if they don't get a new ATM.
