Excellent Service from Branch Manager at US BankI had an outstanding experience at US Bank today, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the Branch Manager's exceptional service. I arrived early at 9 am, and the bank was already open, which was very convenient for me.The Branch Manager was able to promptly address my issue and provided me with a new debit card. I am the CEO of Denali Tech, and I recognize and value good employees when I see them. The professionalism and efficiency displayed by the Branch Manager are commendable, and I am truly grateful for their assistance.I highly recommend US Bank and their dedicated staff, who are committed to providing top-notch customer service. I’ve been banking with U. S. Bank for quite some time. Corey was the best person to handle my transactions, but one of the young ladies said he left to be with his family. Pamela handled my transaction. She was detailed and very quick, I came while there were a lot of people. I noticed the post down below that stated she was very rude and had an attitude, however, I chalked that up to people having a bad day. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was used to doing business with Corey. She kindly took my transaction and we had a wonderful conversation. The other teller didn’t even acknowledge me as she had her backed turned to the customers and greeted who she knew I assume. The manager I’m guessing came out to help Pamela with the line of customers. The other lady sat with a customer for about 15 minutes before she took someone else. She needs more training. She’s very slow with the customer and I would say working in a bank with a line of customers you need to be quicker. Nonetheless, the manager comes over and helps out. She is a bit aggressive but nice. She looked over and asked how I was doing. Pamela was still bubbly as I had a lot of transactions. I felt bad that I held up the line but she ensured me that it was okay and she handles things like this all the time. I’m not sure what happened with the person below my comment but every customer I saw seems to like her. So I disagree that she should be fired immediately. Everyone has an off day, it’s life and it happens. Maybe that was the other tellers off day. The branch overall is okay. There’s another young lady there whose to the right of the tellers. She sat there by herself with no customers. I would think she could come out and greet someone as we’re all standing there. Everyone of them needs a little refresher in how to handle customers in my opinion. A manager should know how to lead. If you have employees that have their back turned to customers, doesn’t come over and greet them, then that’s a reflection of someone’s management. And although the manager seems nice and jolly, she doesn’t seem like the best manager for this type of environment. Maybe she would be great at a coffeehouse. But I give it three stars because Pamela made my experience better.

I am at the teller desk now! PAMELA KING HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!! Pamela King took one look at me and said she would not help me. Huh? Then she took my withdrawal slip and did not say anything but passed it to a teller named Nicole Muhammad. Nicole was very nice despite PAMELA KING treating a customer with multiple accounts like a j**** I just want you to know what to expect before you walk in here. Something tells me other US Bank customers have had a similar experience with Pamela King. A few seconds later a white man walked in and Pamela King asked him politely if she could help him and treated the white man with respect as I stood there and looked on in shock and disbelief. Pamela King needs more training. A manager needs to tell her to service all customers who walk in especially since I walked in before that guy and was DENIED SERVICE BY PAMELA KING. Pamela King will pick who she wants to help and if she doesn't want to help you based on your race, gender and how you look, it was my experience today that Pamela King will REFUSE TO HELP YOU. I hope a manager sees this and does something about it. She should be fired immediately. The manager probably wants her gone anyway.

I was standing 10 minutes in line while a new bank teller was in the training. When I asked if the training can happen when there is no line of customers, the bank teller who was providing the training gave me such a look like I asked her for something that does not make sense. This branch needs to work on customer service.

US Bank is fine But DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS. They are incompetent and unknowledgable and will screw up your deposit. Worst banking experience ever at this branch that left me without money for a week due to their mistake.

I just tired to cash a check at this location literally 5 minutes ago I guess because I didn't come in in a three piece suite I couldn't cash my lottery check which has their name us bank on the check Both tellers insist that because I don't have an account with them they couldn't cash it which makes no sense to me but it's fine I'll cash my $2,000.00 lottery ticket less where thanks for nothing as usual
