Just not a good bank; don’t put yourself through it. Doesn’t matter the branch the bank just sucks. Your Zelle’s whether sending or receiving takes forever. Getting paid? While everyone else enjoys their paycheck you’ll be waiting and waiting and waiting for clearance. Good luck

US Bank has recently farmed out their ATMs to a third party. So, if a check doesn't scan you'll have to wait ten business days. Nothing the employees can do - also very unsympathetic. You're on your own. Will have to find a new bank that has an "in house" ATM, what a concept!

I would stay away from US Bank. There is something going on internally or regionally that is making this a miserable experience. Was a long time credit card customer, decided to add a checking account based on a reward offer and then tried to open a new credit card with another reward offer. The card was stolen on the exact day of delivery, the person activated the card using personally identifiable info, and charged $14k on the card. Only a US Bank rep would know all of this info, including the limit, to do this kind of fraud. They also create A central Bill Account without authorization (and with me against my specific wishes as this is a stupid account to have and is confusing as I had it before). They have since moved balances back and forth between the card and the central bill account to avoid paying out the rewards they promised. I have undoubtably spent more time with fraud department, new cards, incorrect customer service, than any amount of rewards are worth. I was just told now to wait an additional 30 days for the $500 reward. This bank is either a) in trouble b) has poor training services or c) has poor internal fraud procedures. Worst of all, as a business, you can't do anything at the branch. You're left with the endless run around of automated systems and transfers to departments that can only do one thing and can't do anything else. I am just waiting for the rewards so i can close my asset accounts with them. They can keep the credit cards, but they aren't holding my money. Save yours.

Worst customer service, two visits in a row now. I’ve been with US Bank for 15+ years, and I’ll be closing out my accounts and switching banks.

Been banking at this location for 20+ years and am very satisfied with the top notch service. It's rare to find a bank that's consistently customer centric even when there's been a change in staff.

I was looking for help to get a lien release for my title, but also looked up autoloans for a new car purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Heidi on both, and she is amazing. Kept me posted on everything going on, looked to help me get the lowest rate on the loan, and helped speed up my lien release to trade in my car. I've called many other branches and didn't receive even a fraction of the good service I got from Heidi. I highly recommend her, she's very sweet and warm, and will have all your requests answered.

During these trying times I believe it's are civil duty to report just awful behavior. First of all I hate big banks. I'm a victim of identity theft and right away when I mention it red flags come up and I'm almost escorted out the front door. However, I had an account with us bank for quite awhile and it was frozen because of a check written to me. I spoke to the manager and she said because I was good I just had to pay the 60 dollars. Low and behold I was out of work and couldn't pay. I now have a good job and went in there to reopen an account. The manager and the little drone would not reopen and told me to go elsewhere. The manager did not even come talk to me. I was always honest and could not believe that there answer was go away. I mean how do I even fix what's broken if no one will help me. My advice is get chime. There is no fees and they take everyone. Us bank saw that I was poor once so I'm garbage.

Hands down the WORST customer service!! Was turned away a week ago and told to schedule on -line. Went online to schedule and my appointment was cancelled out of blue and with no explanation! When I called to find out why my appointment had been cancelled I was given no reasonable explanation. Don’t waste your time with these people. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, this is an all too familiar situation that I often find myself in. Discriminatory, unfair and unequal treatment. I went to do a wire transfer at the US Bank on Mikwaukee Avenue. I presented my ID, bank card and validated ownership of account via text message. Everything was going fine until I notice the branch manager, whose name was Jessica, pulling images of my prior checks. I was curious why she did that. She stated that they do that for all wire transfers. She stated that my last check was a large deposit so she had to make sure if cleared. Well, the problem with that is, the check was drawn from a Title company's account at their bank. The check had already cleared for days. She took my ID and bank card and left out the room and left me in the room for 30 minutes with no interaction whatsoever. When I stated to her about how I felt profiled, discriminated against, felt like I was unfairly treated and that I would be audio recording our transaction, she stated that I was not allowed to record our audio and that I could not do my wire transfer.Jessica * was the branch manager that I dealt with. I would advise anyone of color not to do business with this because US Bank has shown that they do not appreciate the business of people of color.
