Daisy was the best! They were short-staffed, but she took her time in walking me through opening a new account and answered all my questions. It’s nice to have that one on one experience at the bank. I really appreciate all her help. Thanks!

I wish I could leave zero stars for this location, I would not recommend this staff here for anything as simple as a deposit. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the two Hispanic employees refused to allow me to deposit two checks drawn on a U.S. Bank account from People Gas into my checking account. I will be closing my account and escalating this matter to the headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have worked in banking for 16 years and never received such rude, racist and outright refusal for employees to do their job!!! I hope this branch closes down indefinitely!!!!

The company I work for is a term US Bank business customer and this branch is terrible! It's closest to my home which is the only reason I go here. We deposit thousands of dollars in rent money orders/checks weekly. I don't like to carry deposits around with me, so typically I will leave work at 4 pm to make the deposits after work. I arrive today, at 4:30 PM and the bank is already closed. Lights off. Doors locked. And the two tellers are in there. Unbelievable. Now I'm forced to walk home holding $20k plus rents in my bag. I could see closing 5-10 mins early occasionally, but 30+ minutes is unacceptable. Whenever I arrive after 4:40, the young lady with dark hair has an attitude, telling me to leave my deposits in the dropbox, but that's doesn't work for me. My company requests us to scan and upload the deposit receipts the following day. I guess they decided they will make their own hours, forget what the company hours are supposed to be.

They're supposed to open at 9 am on Saturday, but they were still closed at 9:50. No sign, no nothing. I hope it's not because of a bank run after SVB.

The only US Bank branch I know of that makes up its own hours. The website says they close at 1pm on Saturdays. Their front door says they close at 1pm on Saturdays, yet here I am locked out of the lobby at 12:45pm on a Saturday. Is this a management issue or poor transparency issue?

Closes early before posted times. Unreliable during daytime as they close for lunch. Hit up another location that cares more about customer service. Another wasted drive due to this location closing 20 min early.

I came on a Tuesday evening from work to make a deposit 5 minutes before closing and they had already locked the door. I realize that's close to the end of the day but with 5 minutes left they should still have the door unlocked. I worked for a bank for 6 years and we never locked the door before the time posted on the window. Very unprofessional!

This branch was a nightmareDeposited a large check. The manager herself made a mistake and my account show -8 million dollars. I went back to correct it. Not only the check was going to take longer to clear. The manager decided to be rude and told me "you don't know how the banking system works" and then lied and told me that check reader didn't work. I was later informed that she mis entered the amount for the hold. No personal responsibility followed by poor behavior.I stayed polite because they were clearing my check and had my money Finally today I closed my account so leaving this well deserved review for them.Worst banking experience.I hope the remove that manager lady and put someone more qualified in that job. Jeez. What a terrible experience.
