ALI at the North Ave/Oak Park Branch is the best. His help with a business banking situation was clutch and allowed me to make payroll! Very professional bankers here and all the other locations I've visited. Even the security guard is good guy! US Bank has actually been ranked #1 for customer service by JD Power. Best banking experience of all the banks I've ever done biz with since the 90's. I'm confident each time I visit this branch that I'll be satisfied. Have been banking with US Bank since this was a Charter One location on the north side of North Ave. I love the online and mobile app banking features! Gotta love mobile deposits. Thank you US Bank - North Ave Branch. Keep up the good work!

I wish I could give negative STAR.....Do not use there ATM's for deposits. I tried to conduct an atm deposit and the Atm went black after taking my cash. The drive through teller could care less. She told me to contact the number on the window. without giving me any addtional information. I had to ask her for the ATM number. I put my hard earned money in this machine. My mortage and bills are due, yet I have to wait 10 days for a credit and almost a month for the investigation to go through. I understand that machines have glitches... However hire HUMANS that show COMPASSION or train them in problem solving.

Teller was the most unprofessional indvidual I have ever encountered in all the years I've been banking, to make a long story short, I ask for large bills when I was Making a withdrawal and the Teller told me no large bills. So I said ok, so after waiting 15min for her to return she finally came back and repeated that she was giving me all small bills, so I said ok. But she wouldn't send the funds through, (wanting confrontation) she finallysentmemy money. .haspent enough time

Ali, is the man to speak to if you have any problems, COVID has places short staffed & need to be patient, it’s frustrating that a lot of businesses are struggling to keep employees motivated , Ali took care of my issues & I felt he cared about my Problem & is working to get this branch back running properly! Business is builtOn relationships and that is what this man proved to me today!

Worst experience ever today 01-04-2021. Their lobby is closed due to Covid 19 and they only do drive thru service . Only one lane is open and two are closed. A big line of about 20-30 cars and than after 45 minutes they tell us the system is down . So now every person that was waiting in their car for 45+ minutes had to leave and got no proper explanation as to why we couldn’t do business with them. Shame on whoever is in charge of this establishment!

This place is horrible. Staff laughs and jokes while you trying to handle business. The staff is very inappropriate. No supervisor, unprofessional lack of management. I believe walk in their joke/bet. This location needs better management overall.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went into the branch Saturday,with my 80 year old father. We gave a withdrawal slip to the teller named Gary. He immediately said' due to Covid we can't give you this much money' I said it's my money and I want it, he became dismissive, loud and lacked all aspects of customer service and told me I'm not talking to you! After all, it is my Dad's account, he was standing there I am his power of attorney. After my dad verbally told him to talk to me. He told me to go to a different location. We don't have it. This is a bank, correct? I asked to speak with a manager after waiting for over 45 minutes, the manager was worse than the teller. He told me all US banks within a 5 mile radius have collectively decided to cap the amount of cash they give out. This sounds like a blatant case of racial profiling to me. Long story short because I have contacted the media and corporate. If you have received this type of discrimination SAY something, I witnessed them tell other customers this and no one questioned it. This is unacceptable. We will not be controlled or forced into a cashless society(for tracking purposes), its my hard earned money and it's a privilege to you for me to patronize your establishment,

I always receive bad customer service from this branch. It’s on my way home that’s why I stop here, but I will rather take another route than still be coming to this branch with unprofessional tellers. Today I went thru drive thru and the teller instead of asking me what did I want to do in the account she yelled at me and without asking me about the money I was going to deposit and the rest I just needed some change. They didn’t come to the screen they just took the money so I couldn’t tell them.

At this time it's a pandemic, I had an issue that with a check tied to my mortgage. Ali at this location was very professional, understanding, and help resolved the issue with my check situation. Even when it was not a pandemic I've never received such great care. Did I mention I went to a different location and received the royal treatment?! Thanks Ali! Keep up the good work.
