Here is the story why I gave a 5 stars. found a vehicle that I am interested in, within 2 emails between Ted and myself, deal was made (no waiting at dealership, no waiting for 'let me speak to my managers and get right back to you', no more wasting half a day dealing with haggling). You are speaking to Ted, the one who can make the deal with you and no other middle person. Ted will take the lead as to what the next steps, answered all your emails, respond time are within the same day, usually the same hour. From payment, to paperwork, to delivery. all done with emails within the comfort of your own setting. My deal was made on Jan 3 on a Friday. with Saturday and Sunday in between, my car is in my driveway on Jan 8 on a Wednesday. Talk about service. Ted and CMI, thank you for taking the time to make another satisfied customer, if there is anytime in the future I need another vehicle, I will surely come back to you.
