I came in today and Latrice was wonderful. She was very helpful addressed my issues very quickly. Her attitude was kind and friendly which was a surprise the staff here is rude and their attitude is always nasty. I have been coming her for years since it’s close to my home and she is the first person since I have been coming here to greet me with a smile and was happy to help. Thank you Latrice the world needs more people like you! I hope to see you again.

Had my passport appointment and was helped by an Indian lady with glasses. She did everything so professionally and made the whole process super smooth. On top of that, she was really courteous, well-mannered, and just pleasant to deal with. Honestly, she made the experience way better than I expected — great service!

I came in during my lunch hour and was in and out in under 15 minutes the Monday before tax day. I wish the certified mail stickers were available in the lobby so you could fill out the addresses while you wait in line, but otherwise the people here were super helpful, apologized for the wait, provided excellent customer service and several people were helping with the passport line AND the regular mail line. Well done as far as I'm concerned.
The only downsides is the lobby is a little dirty and displays are out of stock.... but the people are great
