Very rude employees. People who come in are treated like a bother. They have a theft issue here that has gone unchecked. They are stealing mail and washing your checks. USPS has known for years, but will not address the issue.

OMG THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY HAVE PEOPLE WAITING FOR HOURS WITH 1 FREAKIN WORKER!!! USPS IS GOVERNMENT ASSISTED WHY TF IS THERE JUST 1 WORKER WORKING???? THIS AINT ENOUGH!!! SMFH

These people at this postoffice are incompetent to do their job. Scheduled an appointment for new passport waited 3 weeks and came in just to see a piece of paper hanging on the main entrance door all passport services are cancelled today. Never got a phone call or email to let me know in advance what is the reason. These USPS institutions are becoming like a mental institutions. They dont know how to talk to people or be polite at all. These employees are the reason why people do everything online these days.

Came at three. (Google & store window said they close at 4) Employee opened door and said they are closed. Explained that the sign on the door says they close at four and i only need to drop off prepaid packages in the drop bin ten feet away. She then told me I couldn’t but that they are loading up pre paid packages behind the building?? Circled the building and saw no employee or loading area. Came back only for the door to be locked and no employee in sight.

Absolute waste of time, this place needs to be shut down. Workers are incredibly disrespectful and useless, they hate their lives. They say they’re by “appointment only” for passport renewals, but they wanted me to wait in line for an extra 3 hours behind people who didn’t have appointments. I’ve booked this appointment for over a month now. When I asked them why they’re saying “appointments only” and not following through with them the lady simply waved me off and told me to come back Monday. I don’t know how this place is still open with all the reviews sharing similar experiences.

Every time I go to this post office there’s at least 10 people in waiting in line for service and only 2 postal workers at the desk.I added an extra star because the USPS attendants at this office have always been kind and professional. But the wait is just a little intense.

THEY DON'T answer the phone! I was calling to ask questions about the passport application process to no avail. I do a 10 minute drive to get there just so they can tell me "It's by appointment Only" now this is where I get really upset; I am the ONLY person in the facility at 11am on a thursday. why do I need an appointment for you to take my picture? If they don't want to do there job just tell me but because the union is protecting their laziness so they are going to get away with it until the customer experience it also.

Tell me one thing I have prepaid label done from usps the kiosk down out of printer go to the counter desk to ask help to print it out and saying they can’t do that, have to go to ups n pay another more to print this !!!!!! Like why u can’t just do from the counter it’s already paid from same company but I have to go to another company to print it out ,, like real stupid talk

I don’t understand why if someone sets up a redelivery it doesn’t get delivered on the date you scheduled it for. This post office is really the worst.

My experience has been that the staff who work at the USPS are always aggressive & snappy especially this office.They are being paid money to provide service for people thus they should be honoring their job by providing that service appropriately.I genuinely feel fearful to be oppressed when I walk in and today I did.I saw an employee yell at a woman for wanting to ask a question when she could have kindly asked her to wait in line and the woman ended up walking out without receiving service.I cringed while waiting for my turn.I will not be coming back to this office location for services.I hope they’ll educate their staff about customer service or hire decent employees to do their jobs.
